Contexte Généraux :
S&P Global Commodity Insights est un acteur majeur dans l’analyse des marchés énergétiques et de matières premières. Recherche un Account Manager – Inside Sales proactif et orienté résultats pour renforcer son équipe de vente dédiée aux clients nord-américains. Le candidat sélectionné jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion et l’expansion des relations clients, tout en cherchant activement de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
Responsabilités Clés
- Gestion de Compte : Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, en étant le point de contact principal pour toutes les interrogations. Il est essentiel de comprendre les besoins spécifiques des clients pour offrir des solutions sur mesure et opportunités d’up-sell.
- Croissance des Ventes : Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein de la base de clients assignée. Élaborer des plans stratégiques pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente et mener des appels, e-mails, et réunions virtuelles avec les clients potentiels.
- Rétention des Clients : Assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client via une communication régulière et des suivis appropriés. Résoudre efficacement les problèmes clients pour maintenir des relations à long terme.
- Collaboration Interne : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements marketing, service client et produit pour aligner les stratégies de vente avec les objectifs d’entreprise. Fournir des retours constructifs pour améliorer les produits et services offerts.
- Reporting et Analyse : Maintenir des documents précis de toutes les interactions et activités de vente à l’aide de Salesforce. Préparer des rapports de vente, des prévisions et des analyses de performance pour la direction.
Qualifications
- Éducation : Diplôme en affaires, marketing ou domaine lié (ou expérience équivalente).
- Expérience : 2 à 4 ans dans la vente interne, la gestion de compte, ou un rôle similaire, avec un historique prouvé de dépassement des objectifs de vente.
- Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et interpersonnelles. Maîtrise des logiciels CRM et de la suite MS Office.
- Aptitudes : Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe.
Compétences Préférées :
Une expérience dans des secteurs spécifiques tels que la technologie ou la santé est avantageuse, de même qu’une familiarité avec les outils de réunion virtuelle.

📝 Description du poste : About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 09 Job Description We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager – Inside Sales to join our dynamic sales team handling North American customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new sales opportunities. As an integral part of the sales team, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses. Understand clients’ business needs to provide tailored solutions and upsell opportunities. Sales Growth Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with prospective and existing customers. Client Retention Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups. Resolve customer issues effectively to maintain long-term partnerships. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Reporting And Analysis Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience in [specific industry, e.g., technology, healthcare, etc.]. Familiarity with virtual meeting tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc. Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
