Le Project Manager chez Schneider Electric est un acteur clé chargé d’atteindre les objectifs du projet tout en respectant les standards de qualité de l’entreprise. Ce rôle exige une compréhension approfondie des environnements techniques et organisationnels où les livrables du projet sont conçus et utilisés.
Les principales responsabilités comprennent, sans s’y limiter :
- Assurer le respect du périmètre, des délais, des ressources et des budgets conformément au plan de gestion de projet.
- Veiller à la rentabilité globale du projet.
- Organiser et maintenir tous les documents contractuels du projet.
- Préparer et revoir les prévisions de facturation et de revenus.
En tant que leader de l’équipe de gestion de projet, le Project Manager doit également :
- Développer et gérer le plan de gestion de projet respectant les contraintes établies par le client.
- Coordonner les projets selon les documents contractuels et les estimations de vente approuvées.
- Gérer les ressources humaines, y compris le recrutement, la formation et l’évaluation du personnel.
- Identifier et gérer proactivement les risques et enjeux du projet.
Compétences Requises
Le candidat idéal possédera :
- Une compréhension des compétences en gestion de projet ainsi qu’une connaissance des normes ISO.
- Des compétences fortes en communication écrite et verbale.
- Une maîtrise des programmes Microsoft Office et des outils de planification professionnelle.
- Une solide acuité financière et un sens du service client exemplaire.
Les compétences en leadership sont également essentielles, notamment :
- Capacité à favoriser le travail d’équipe et à établir des relations de confiance.
- Capacité à déléguer et poser des décisions stratégiques.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:The Project Manager is responsible for achieving the project’s objectives. The Project Manager has a working knowledge of the technical and organizational environments in which the project deliverables are created and will be used.
S/he may also assist in the strategic planning for the department. The Project Manager must have strong communication skills, verbal and written at all levels within the project environment, be proactive, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and can adapt to a dynamic and potentially geographically disbursed project environment.Responsible for compliance of Schneider Electric Quality Standards and Processes
- Responsible for meeting the scope, schedule, resource and budget commitments reflected in the Project Management Plan.
- Responsible for overall project (Gross Margin) profitability
- Obtains, organizes, and maintains all project contract documents
- Receive, organize, and review information from the salesperson or project development team
- Prepares project billing revenue forecasts and schedule of values
Lead the project management team in developing and managing the Project Management Plan within the constraints established and approved by the Customer
- Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents in accordance with Schneider Electric quality policy and CPP.
- Coordinates project in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimate
- Schedule and conduct all project meetings
- Material procurement
- Review and approve design, commissioning and installation plans
- Implement and enforce change control over project scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
Collaborate with functional managers and/or organizational management to obtain adequate resources with appropriate skills to staff the project team.
- Manages resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements
- Interview, hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and when necessary, terminate project personnel or make related recommendation in accordance with company policies
Manage the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issues that are
outside of the project team’s scope of responsibility.Continually identify and proactively manage project risks & issues, ensure execution of
corrective action plans up to closure.
- Reviews and approves material and subcontract invoices for payment
- Prepares and delivers final project closure and documentation to customers and
ensures final payment -Management of and responsibility for project change
order logMonitor the project and report the project status to management on a regular basis.
- Prepare and update project plan, schedule and cost re-estimates on a routine basis
Projects: Manage Projects & ServicesSkills:Understanding of and proficient in project management skills. Working knowledge of ISO requirements. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Professional Scheduling Programs. Financial acumen and understanding. Provide excellent customer service.Leadership skills:
