Description du poste
Tricentis est à la recherche d’un *Lead Software Engineer JAVA* passionné et motivé pour intégrer son équipe d’ingénierie en pleine croissance. Ce rôle permet de travailler sur des solutions cloud destinées à la gestion des tests, à l’automatisation continue, et à l’automatisation sans effort pour les applications d’entreprise. Les équipes, suivant généralement le cadre Scrum/Agile, sont souvent composées de membres provenant de diverses régions du monde.
Responsabilités
Le candidat devra :
- Collaborer avec les équipes pour concevoir et développer des solutions adaptées aux besoins.
- Intégrer et développer des produits et services basés sur le cloud (Java pour le backend, Angular/React pour le frontend).
- Participer à la révision des codes des collègues et partager activement ses connaissances.
- Travailler en équipe pour résoudre les problèmes des clients.
- Assurer une formation continue sur les dernières technologies et pratiques du secteur.
- Encadrer les ingénieurs moins expérimentés dans la résolution de problèmes techniques.
- Évaluer la complexité et estimer l’effort des nouvelles exigences.
- Décomposer des exigences complexes en éléments significatifs.
Compétences requises
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en développement Java.
- Expérience en automatisation des tests (par exemple avec JUnit).
- Compétences en développement de services cloud, idéalement sur AWS.
- Maîtrise de Docker et Kubernetes.
- Expérience au sein d’une équipe de développement agile.
- Connaissances en architectures microservices.
- Une attitude proactive face aux nouveaux défis technologiques.
*Des compétences supplémentaires telles que des connaissances en DevOps, Cloud Operations et PostgreSQL seraient un atout.*

You will be working on a set of cloud products supporting test management solution, continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications. Although based in Brno or Prague, it is not unusual for a team to be composed of members from across the globe. Our teams generally adhere to the Scrum/Agile framework.Responsibilities:Collaborate within and across the teams to design and develop a fit for purpose solution.Integrate with and develop cloud based product and services (Java on the backend, Angular/React on the Frontend).Peer-review code of your teammates and actively share your knowledge.Ideate with your team on how to best solve customer problems.Continuously educate yourself on latest technologies, patterns, and practices.Collaborate across teams to learn and grow together.Guide less experienced engineers in solving technical problemsRapidly spike different solution approaches for difficult engineering problemsAssess complexity and estimate effort of new requirementsBreak down complex requirements into meaningful incrementsSkillset Needed:5+ years’ experience with developing in JavaExperience in test automation (e.g. with JUnit)Experience with developing cloud services (ideally on AWS)Experience with developing on Docker and KubernetesExperience working in and succeeding as agile development team.Experience with microservice architectures (ideally leveraging Kubernetes).Be comfortable with change.
