SAP recherche un Chef de Produit Senior pour rejoindre son équipe de gestion de produits, focalisée sur la SAP Business Suite. Ce rôle est crucial pour façonner la vision de la suite ERP SaaS et influencera directement l’expérience des clients et la croissance commerciale.
Responsabilités clés
Dans ce rôle, le candidat sera amené à :
- Définir et conduire la vision de la SAP Business Suite SaaS ERP.
- Élaborer des feuilles de route concernant l’extensibilité des solutions.
- Effectuer des recherches pour comprendre les problématiques des clients et les tendances du marché.
- Collaborer avec divers départements, notamment le marketing produit et l’ingénierie.
- Promouvoir une approche axée sur l’IA pour intégrer des cas d’utilisation dans chaque nouvelle fonctionnalité.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent présenter les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme : Licence ou Master dans des domaines pertinents.
- Expérience : Plus de 5 ans dans la gestion de produit ou la gestion de projets liés à SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Pensée structurée et attitude proactive.
- Compréhension des concepts d’extensibilité et de transformation SaaS.
- Excellentes compétences en communication.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to join the SAP Business Suite Product Management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of SAP’s Suite-First strategy, working on projects that directly impact our customers’ experiences and drive business growth.The Role
- Define and drive the SaaS ERP Business Suite vision
- Drive roadmaps for your specific topics such extensibility (BTP side by side extensions, on stack ABAP extension and key user extensions)
- Conduct discovery to understand customer problems, market trends, competitive insights, and usage data
- Collaborate across teams with product marketing, engineering, UX, and the partner ecosystem
- Drive an AI-first approach by ensuring AI use cases are integrated into every new functionality to improve efficiency
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields.
- 5+ years experience in product management, project/program management in development, or similar roles with knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Structured thinking, fast-learning, delivery-focused, and positive can-do attitude.
- Desired understanding of extensibility (BTP side by side extensions, on stack ABAP extension and key user extensions)
- Good understanding of other SAP Cloud Products as Concur, SuccessFactors, Sales Cloud, etc. preferred
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis for Business Suite opportunities.
- Knowledge about GROW with SAP and SaaS transformation.
- Understanding of extensibility or localization concepts in Cloud ERP products like BTP, Sales Cloud, Concur is a plus.
- Excellent communication and external presentation skills.
