Responsabilités Clés
Le Compliance Senior Manager se verra confier plusieurs tâches essentielles :
- Supervision des opérations de conformité : Concentrez-vous sur le respect des normes de gestion des risques à travers l’entité, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur la conformité des filiales aux États-Unis.
- Gestion quotidienne des processus d’indépendance : Veiller à l’intégration de nouvelles conformités et à la formation des intervenants sur les politiques et réglementations.
- Élaboration de politiques : Menez des évaluations des risques et gérez les audits afin d’assurer une conformité réglementaire constante.
- Formation et sensibilisation : Développez et dispenser des programmes de formation sur la conformité et l’éthique.
Exigences du Poste
Les candidats doivent répondre à certaines qualifications :
- Expérience : Minimum de six ans dans des domaines liés à la compliance, à la gestion des risques ou à la sécurité de l’information.
- Qualifications Académiques : Diplôme de premier cycle en informatique, analyse de systèmes, ou domaines connexes.

They work with stakeholders to ensure compliance, assist with documentation and regular reporting, and update leadership on status.
