Contexte du Poste

Description du poste : Le rôle de Consultant en Services RH s’inscrit dans l’équipe *Day 1 Readiness*, qui a pour mission de garantir que les nouveaux employés sont parfaitement préparés pour leur premier jour chez SAP. Ce poste, à temps partiel (50–75% FTE), nécessite un engagement vers la collaboration et l’amélioration des processus d’accueil.

Objectifs et Tâches

En tant que Consultant en Services RH, votre rôle inclura :

Exécution impeccable : Gestion des invitations et des tâches liées au *Day 1 Readiness*.
Collaborer avec IT : Résolution rapide des problèmes techniques éventuels.
Mise à jour du calendrier : Collecte d’informations pour actualiser le calendrier d’accueil local de manière biannuelle.
Automatisation : Recherche de nouvelles technologies pour améliorer les processus en cours.
Assistance au projet NextGen HCM : Focus sur les processus et la technologie.
Gestion des processus : Traitement efficace des escalades liées aux processus.
Relations interpersonnelles : Établir des relations de travail solides avec les équipes RH locales, les recruteurs et l’équipe d’intégration globale.

Compétences et Expériences Requises

Expérience : Un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des ressources humaines est exigé. Les candidats doivent également posséder les compétences suivantes :

Motivation : Être proactif et désireux d’apprendre de nouveaux processus et technologies.
Compétences techniques : Connaissance des outils Excel et des macros serait un atout.
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome : Être capable de gérer les responsabilités de manière indépendante tout en maintenant une attitude positive.
Compétences en communication : Aptitude à interagir efficacement avec des salariés à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

This team works closely with the Global Onboarding Team, which falls under SAP People Development, to facilitate a seamless transition from Day 1 to continued organizational and functional onboarding experiences.This role works very closely with the Process and Experience Manager for Day 1 Readiness, other D1R team member as well as other function HR specialists and stakeholder. One of our key goals is to deliver simple and efficient processes to be able to provide the value our customers expect.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSIn your role as HR Services Consultant for Day 1 Readiness you will:

Ensure flawless execution of Day 1 Readiness tasks, including sending invites.
Partner with IT to swiftly address any potential technical issues.
Work with Local Services to gather and update the Local Onboarding Schedule biannually.
Explore new technologies to automate current processes.
Support NextGen HCM project with strong process and technical focus.
Update and maintain Day 1 readiness app and automated communications.
Handle process-related escalations effectively.
Troubleshoot basic RUUM issues.
Serve as reporting contact, ensuring integration of data into dashboards.
Respond to queries through the EIC Ticketing system.
Build strong relationships with Local HR, Recruiters, Talent Delivery, and Global Onboarding teams.

EXPERIENCE

Enthusiastic and self-driven employee who is eager to learn new process and technology
xls / Macro knowledge is an advantage
Experience in working in a global and/ or dynamic environment
Skilled in streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to work independently
