Tâches clés du poste

Le candidat retenu aura plusieurs responsabilités essentielles :

• Identification des besoins : Analyse des exigences via interviews et ateliers avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Documentation : Gestion continue des exigences et création de métriques spécifiques.
• Validation : Vérification de la complétude et de la faisabilité des exigences, en collaboration avec les équipes de développement.
• Gestion des exigences : Priorisation et résolution des conflits tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
• Assurance qualité : Garantie que les exigences répondent aux normes de qualité établies.
• Amélioration continue : Coordination de la création des exigences produit avec les équipes concernées.

Qualifications requises

Les candidats doivent présenter les qualifications suivantes :

• Éducation technique : Formation en informatique ou en ingénierie logicielle.
• Expertise en gestion des exigences : Connaissance approfondie dans ce domaine.
• Compétences méthodologiques : Aptitude à travailler de manière structurée et collaborative.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais : Très bonnes compétences linguistiques requises.
• Expérience souhaitée : Gestion des exigences dans des projets clients et familiarité avec des outils tels que JAMA.

Rémunération

• Requirements elicitation: You identify and analyse requirements through interviews, workshops and other methods in close cooperation with internal departments or external clients.
• Documentation: Ongoing maintenance, management and documentation of requirements; design and creation of specific metrics such as coverage analyses/gap analyses
• Validation: You check requirements for completeness, consistency and feasibility. You will work closely with development teams and ensure testability through reviews and test concepts.
• Requirements management: You manage changes, prioritise requirements and resolve conflicts across the entire project lifecycle
• Quality assurance: You ensure that requirements meet quality standards, create technical and test concepts and coordinate closely with test management and coordinate requirements management for product development and moderation of workshops/reviews
• Continuous improvement: Creating product requirements in coordination with product management, architects and development teams

Key Qualifications

• Completed technical education with a focus on computer science or software engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of requirements and change management
• High methodological competence and very good English skills
• Confident appearance, structured way of working, ability to work in a team, communication skills and analytical thinking
• Advantageous: Experience with requirements management in customer projects, experience with tools such as JAMA requirements management software, certifications
