Description du Travail
Le candidat retenu intégrera la section Agriculture et Durabilité, engagée dans des projets visant à promouvoir des pratiques alimentaires durables. Le rôle implique des analyses complexes basées à la fois sur des données qualitatives et quantitatives, voire la conduite d’études de cas comparatives à travers l’Europe.
Vos Missions Incluront :
- Planification de l’acquisition de données sur des fermes privées
- Analyse et revue de la littérature scientifique et grise
- Réalisation d’entretiens, groupes de discussion et enquêtes avec des agriculteurs biologiques et conventionnels
- Traitement et analyse de données – Une expérience avec des méthodes qualitatives et quantitatives est un atout
- Diffusion écrite et orale des résultats
- Enseignement optionnel dans les cours de niveau licence et master
Qualifications Requises
Le candidat idéal possédera un Master pertinent, dans des domaines tels que la sociologie, l’anthropologie, la géographie ou les sciences politiques, avec un intérêt pour l’agriculture et la production alimentaire. Une maîtrise du danois et de l’anglais est essentielle, given that most communication occurs in English.

📝 Description du poste : Would you like to be part of an engaged team, that works with the social and political foundations for the green transition of agriculture and food production? We can offer a challenging and diverse position in an evolving and multicultural environment, where you can develop your skills in close collaboration with researchers, stakeholders, and farmers.Jobdescription You will be employed in the section for Agriculture and Sustainability, where we are engaged in a series of national and international projects investigating the foundations for developing future sustainable food production through land restoration, development of sustainable business models as well as improving the integration of stakeholders’ perspectives on landscape management. We work with systems analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data, case studies and comparative studies of different initiatives, policies and strategies across countries in Europe. An important goal for this work is to advise decision-makers at local, national and international level about the opportunities and barriers for advancing the green transition through the implementation of new production technologies, regulatory initiatives and decision-support tools.Your primary tasks will include:
- Planning data acquisition on private farms
- Analysis and reviews of scientific and grey literature
- Completion of interviews, focus groups and surveys with organic and conventional farmers
- Data processing and analysis – (Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods is an advantage)
- Written and oral dissemination of results
- Optionally, teaching at bachelor and master level courses.
Qualifications You have a relevant MSc background, e.g. in sociology, anthropology, geography or political science with a focus on, or knowledge of, agriculture and food production. You speak Danish fluently, and English on a high level. The working environment is international and much of the communication is English.
