Description du poste : The Biosensor Innovation Group, led by Professor Shlomo Yitzchaik, has world-leading expertise in multiple research areas, such as material science, surface chemistry, and biosensors for small molecules, enzymes, neurons, bacteria, and viruses. We are looking to hire a Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow. The candidate shall work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, who will be most of the time via remote supervision, to conduct research work as follows:Key Responsibilities:Collects and prepare data/information/ proposal required for relevant grant call processConducts experiments related to electrochemical biosensing and surface characterizationAssists in interpreting and applying processes and procedures to conduct/monitor project progressGathers information/ data and prepare documents for reporting/ papersAssists in and delivers training and coaching new members with relevant laboratory/technical skillsReport remotely to the PI and travel to Israel for trainingJob Requirements:Ph.D. degree in Bioengineering/Materials Science/ChemistryStrong experimental skills, especially in self-assembled monolayers, surface fabrication and characterization, and associated methodsExcellent communication and organizational skills while hard-working and able to meet tight deadlinesAble to work independently in gathering information/ data and preparing documents for reporting/ papersWilling to contribute to team services like sharing/ coaching new members with relevant laboratory/ technical skillsWe regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
