Description du poste : Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe project will explore the mechanisms of omegasome formation and closure in response to DNA damage, including ionizing radiation. The work involves mechanistic studies using molecular and cell biology techniques, as well as fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry to assess autophagy phenotypes.Qualifications and RequirementsWe are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and independent researcher with the following qualifications:

  • PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or equivalent
  • Strong experience in molecular and/or cell biology techniques, including cloning, CRISPR/Cas9, cell culture, western blot and flow cytometry
  • Hands-on experience with autophagy assays
  • Proficiency in fixed and live cell fluorescence microscopy and image analysis
  • Proven track record of scientific productivity (e.g., publications in international journals)
  • Experience with figure preparation and manuscript writing
  • A high level of research integrity, motivation, and willingness to learn new methods
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
