It was founded and has its headquarters in Tokyo. Slate expertise in searches in six main areas, including Life Sciences, Energy, IT, Management consulting, Finance and Back Office. Slate employs 30 professionals, drawing from many corners of the world.
We are looking for a person with strong interpersonal skills, quick thinking ability, ambition and aspirations to grow professionally.Position Description:
You will be required to engage in a wide range of core activities and ad hoc projects, in either front, customer facing or back office data work types of tasks.
These are including but not limited to the following:
-Generating, sourcing and assessing Candidates for position openings
-Data work , entries, editing, auditing and analysing
-Performing timely searches for Job orders Creating company and market maps
-Conducting interviews
-Business and clients developmentWHAT IT LEADS TO:
We will train you in all aspects of the executive search industry.
You will start as a researcher working for a seasoned search consultant and will gradually take on increasing amounts of responsibility until you understand the 360 range of activities that will make you a leader in our industry. In time you will earn well above the average salary for professionals.
You will learn a profession that will allow you to work in a in demand occupation in any major city in the world.Desired experience and attributes
Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
Self-Management & Results Driven
Creative Problem Solving
People focused
Call Center experience is a big advantage
Salaire attendu : 3000000 – 6000000 per year
