Description du Poste
Le poste de Reservations Agent (Cluster Role) est une occasion incontournable pour les professionnels intéressés par l’hospitalité et le service à la clientèle. Le candidat retenu sera en charge des réservations pour plusieurs propriétés, incluant le Four Seasons Resort Langkawi.
Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Capturer les ventes provenant des appels entrants et coordonner les détails de chaque réservation.
- Rédiger des rapports quotidiens pour divers départements.
- Gérer les e-mails de réservations et traiter les demandes de brochures.
- Confirmer et garantir les réservations non garanties.
- Communiquer avec les clients pour résoudre tout problème avant leur arrivée.
- Respecter les procédures de gestion des crises en cas d’urgence.
Le candidat idéal doit posséder d’excellentes compétences en communication, être à l’aise avec les systèmes informatiques et parler couramment le Bahasa Malaysia et l’anglais.

The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the resort and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. The Reservations Agent should be an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, ability to multitask and have a passion for service and hospitality. In addition, he/she must be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems as well as communicating over the telephone.RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
- Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation. Complete internal reservation forms.
- Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, Department Head.
- Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests.
- Process WRO, Trust, Internal Reservations, and FIT reservations
- Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations, clear waitlisted reservations.
- Run appropriate reports checking for special requests and hard blocking any rooms that are not hard blocked for special requests, inform Manager of any Special Attention, VIP guests and assist CIS Leader in obtaining arrival times for VIPs or Special Attention guests.
- Monitor Front Desk reservations made night prior, address any reoccurring issues.
- Contact guests or travel planners to clarify any discrepancies in the preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
- Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Candidates must speak read and write Bahasa Malaysia as well and speak Fluent English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
