- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Quality conscious and able to deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Ability to stay professional in stressful situations, adapt quickly to change,s and learn new concepts and offerings.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English
