Description du poste
Le poste de Robotics Maintenance Sites Coordinator (ロボティクス保守サイトコーディネーター) consiste à diriger une équipe de techniciens de maintenance dans des entrepôts clients situés dans les régions Chūbu et Kantō du Japon, notamment à Nagoya et Hiratsuka. Cette fonction requiert une gestion proactive et une orientation technique, tout en garantissant la satisfaction des clients et l’efficacité des opérations.
Responsabilités
- Diriger des équipes de techniciens de maintenance sur site : recrutement, onboarding, gestion de la performance et formation.
- Fournir un soutien technique et opérationnel aux techniciens dans leurs tâches quotidiennes.
- Planifier et superviser la maintenance préventive et les autres opérations de maintenance.
- Agir en tant que représentant local d’Exotec, tant physiquement qu’à distance, pour les entrepôts clients assignés.
- Surveiller les KPIs de performance sur les sites clients et fournir des rapports réguliers aux parties prenantes.
- Gérer les escalades et les problèmes de performance système, y compris les déplacements critiques vers les sites clients.
- Contrôler les budgets pour l’achat de matériel et gérer les horaires des tiers impliqués.
- S’assurer que toutes les équipes sur site respectent les normes de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement.
- Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue au sein des sites clients.
Exigences

- Expérience de 6 ans minimum dans la maintenance d’équipements industriels, dont 4 ans à diriger des équipes de maintenance.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (exigée) et niveau de japonais d’au moins L2 (souhaité).
- Connaissance des domaines de l’automatisation des entrepôts, la robotique industrielle, et la logistique.
- Compétences avérées en maintenance mécanique et électrique.
- Capacités de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage.
- Capacité à maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients.
- Flexibilité pour travailler dans des environnements dynamiques et en constante évolution.

- Lead teams of on-site Maintenance Technicians based at client warehouse locations in the Central and Eastern Japan region, including Nagoya (Chūbu) and Hiratsuka (Kantō), inclusive of recruiting, onboarding, performance management and regular training & development
- Support Maintenance Technicians in their day-to-day work by providing technical and operational direction and guidance
- Plan and ensure preventative maintenance tasks and other maintenance operations are carried out on time and on schedule
- Act as Exotec’s local representative, both in-person and remotely, for assigned client warehouse locations
- Monitor performance KPIs at client sites, providing regular and timely data reports to appropriate internal and external stakeholders
- See that any escalations or system performance issues are resolved as soon as possible, which may include critical travel to assigned client warehouse locations and/or covering Maintenance Technician shifts if needed
- Ensure material purchasing stays within budget
- Manage any third-party schedules as appropriate, making sure that mandatory equipment inspections are completed within scheduled timelines
- Ensure Maintenance team members, external partners and/or contractors, warehouse operators and any on-site visitors are compliant with health, safety and environmental standards and protocol
- Participate in client site continuous improvement projects

- 6+ years experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and/or machinery, with at least 4 of those years managing field maintenance team(s)
- Fluency in English is required and a Japanese Level of minimum L2 is strongly desired
- Some knowledge of the warehouse automation, industrial robotics, materials handling and/or logistics space would be highly beneficial
- Excellence knowledge and repair skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance issues
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to maintain, and even repair when necessary, strong, positive partnerships with clients
- A comfort and ease working in fast-paced, everchanging environments, like robotics and technology
