With a truly international presence and thousands of employees worldwide, this organisation plays a strategic role in shaping the future of sustainable logistics.Your New RoleAs a Roll-out Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for the implementation and continuous improvement of digital integration solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and optimising system interfaces, resolving technical issues, and working closely with business and IT teams to ensure scalable and efficient solutions. You will also liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment throughout all rollout phases.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead the full project lifecycle for new digital service features, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.Coordinate cross-functional teams – including product, IT, marketing, and regional departments – to align project goals and timelines.Maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments and regular progress reports to ensure visibility and accountability.Stakeholder EngagementServe as the main liaison for regional teams, ensuring alignment with market-specific needs and adherence to global standards.Communicate project progress and final outcomes to senior leadership, emphasising commercial value and user benefits.Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners to guarantee effective and secure system integrations.Commercial StrategyCollaborate with commercial teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and customer retention.Continuously review customer feedback and market trends to enhance digital service offerings.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for further improvement.Change ManagementSupport the adoption of new tools through the development of training materials and hands-on onboarding sessions.Address resistance to change by clearly communicating the benefits of new systems.Ensure smooth transitions for both internal teams and external users during rollouts.What You’ll Need to SucceedBetween 5-10 years of experience in project management, e-commerce, or a relevant technical domain, ideally within an international setting.Demonstrable success in leading complex, cross-border implementation projects with measurable business impact.Previous exposure to digital transformation, customer service solutions, or API/EDI integration is highly desirable.Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira or equivalent.Commercially aware with the ability to connect technical deliverables to strategic business goals.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Data-driven and analytically minded, with a hands-on approach to solving problems.What You’ll Get in ReturnYou’ll be in a high-performing and fast-paced environment with an ambitious and innovative culture.
