Une **opportunité passionnante** est offerte au sein du **Département de Radiologie de NHS Forth Valley**. Nous cherchons à intégrer un *Radiographe expérimenté* à notre **équipe des scanners MRI**. Ce rôle est essentiel pour le développement continu de nos équipes et exige une collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de direction actuelle pour assurer un fonctionnement *sûr et efficace* du service MRI.
Le candidat retenu supervisera deux scanners MRI (un 1.5T et un 3T) et sera engagé dans la couverture clinique du service, qui fonctionne 7 jours sur 7, de 7h30 à 20h30. La participation aux week-ends est requise, en plus de la gestion administrative liée à cette position, ce qui inclut le développement des services, la gestion des ressources humaines et la formation des plannings.
Qualifications Requises
Le candidat doit démontrer une **formation pratique approfondie** en MRI et une **formation académique formelle**. Une volonté de soutenir le développement des rôles, la formation du personnel et la gestion globale du service MRI est attendue. La présentation de preuves documentées de **Développement Professionnel Continu** sera essentielle.
Pour cette position, une inscription en tant que Radiographe Diagnostique auprès du Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) est indispensable. Les titres requis incluent un DCR et/ou un BSc/BSc Hons en Radiographie Diagnostique.

📝 Description du poste : An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHS Forth Valley Radiology Department to join our Team Leaders and be a part of the MRI Core Team. This role will facilitate continued development of our teams, and you will be required to work with the existing leadership team to ensure safe and effective running of the MRI service. This role will ensure that 1.6wte B7 Radiographers will oversee the two MRI scanners and service.NHSFV has 2 GE MRI scanners (1.5T & 3T) and are looking for an experienced and educated MRI Radiographer to join their team.The Forth Valley MRI service runs 7-days a week: 7.30am-8.30pm, 365-days a year. The successful candidate will be required to assist clinically in the cover of this service including participating in the weekend roster. Administrative time is an important factor in this role, which will assist in service developments, HR management, and Roster formation.The successful individual requires an extensive practical MRI training and experience, complimented with Formal further education. There must be a willingness to support role development, training of staff, and general management of an MRI service. Please be prepared to present well documented evidence of Continuing Professional Development.We are interested in ambitious and talented Radiographers with excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
