Responsabilités

En tant que Data & AI Practitioner, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de données pour soutenir l’automatisation et l’IA.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de transformation des opérations réseau pour développer des solutions d’automatisation alimentées par l’IA.
  • Apporter une expertise technique pour planifier des projets de données et d’IA.
  • Agir en tant que partenaire de transformation pour les initiatives impliquant des applications d’IA/ML et d’analytique avancée.
  • Diriger l’amélioration continue des solutions de données et d’IA.
  • Produire des insights commerciaux à partir de big data pour orienter les décisions stratégiques.

Compétences et Qualifications Requises

Critères obligatoires :

  • Expérience en analyse et ingénierie des données.
  • Compréhension des structures de données et de leur utilisation pour la prise de décision.
  • Capacité à interagir avec des équipes techniques pour guider les décisions sur divers projets.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication pour présenter des insights de manière claire.

Atouts souhaitables :

  • Expérience au sein d’organisations de grande envergure.
  • Connaissance des systèmes et processus d’opérations réseau.
  • Compréhension des plateformes LLM, systèmes de données distribués et outils ETL/ELT.

By focusing on Data & AI, this role will be pivotal in driving our shift towards the next generation of operations teams. The work involves delivering sophisticated data and AI models in collaboration with our tooling teams to develop cutting edge automation. This will enhance the efficiency and reliability of our Network Operations and enable us to proactively address issues, optimise performance, and deliver superior service to our customers. Your contributions will be instrumental in creating a smarter, more responsive network that leverages the power of Data & AI to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. This will enhance customer experience, provide business value, and help us remain competitive.As part of our transformation team, you will offer insights and expertise on Data & AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.   • Lead and be accountable for shaping and delivering our Data strategy that underpins our automation and AI strategy within Network Operations
  • Working with Network Operations Transformation team to develop and support our Data & AI workstream to implement AI driven network automation
  • Provide expertise and guidance to tooling team in planning Data and AI projects from concept to implementation
  • Acting as a transformation partner for initiatives involving data automation, AI/ML applications, and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Data & AI solutions align with business needs and quality standards.
  • Lead the continual improvement of our Data & AI solutions, i.e. process improvements / operational monitoring / automation opportunities / security
  • Provide Data & AI leadership to our development and support team, contribute to upkeep of our strategic data platform architecture, the data engineering community and associated standards
  • Generates business insights based on big data, identification of impactful recommendations, and communication of findings to key stakeholders across the BT group.
  • Continuously develops and shares knowledge on emerging trends and changes in data science & AI.

What you’ll bringMandatory:

  • Experience with data analysis and engineering practice
  • Solid understanding of data structures and these being used in data led decision making
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, architecture, and tooling at a high level (you don’t need to be a data engineer, but someone who can partner credibly with them).
  • Ability to pivot and react to new technologies and demands
  • Understanding of build and maintain processes for scalable, maintainable data pipelines
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audience
  • Providing technical expertise and consultancy on both technical issues and approach, to overall design, on a number of projects concurrently – responsible for guiding technical decisions for a wide range of projects outside of areas of personal involvement on a day to day basis.

Nice to have (not essential):

  • Worked in a large and complex organisation to resolve business problems.
  • Experience in network operations & service repair processes, tools & systems.
  • Aware of LLM platforms (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Hugging Face), prompt engineering, distributed data systems (Kafka, Apache Pulsar), columnar databases (ClickHouse, Druid), and ETL/ELT tools.
  • Expertise in how data is stored, extracted, correlated and visualised. An understating of how AI and automation can utilise the data layer. Understand what is required across the whole project life cycle to make data and AI projects successful
  • Enthusiastic about learning and applying new technologies (growth mindset).
  • Ability to build new solutions and support our data solutions/products.
  • Knowledge or experience in coding skills relevant to data manipulation, e.g. PL/SQL, Python, R.
  • Be Agile.
