Description du poste
Le poste de Client Advisor-Full Time chez Etro au sein de The Bicester Collection requiert une implication significative dans le leadership en magasin. En soutenant le Store Manager, le Client Advisor participe à la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et à la satisfaction des clients.
Responsabilités clés
- Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente annuels, en respectant les directives du Store Manager.
- Encadrer l’équipe et promouvoir un environnement professionnel positif.
- Participer au recrutement et à la rétention d’une équipe performante.
- S’assurer d’une couverture adéquate du personnel et d’une organisation fluide en magasin.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives et de reporting.
- Appliquer les techniques de vente selon les standards d’Etro pour maximiser les ventes.
- Contribuer à l’agencement visuel des produits en respectant les lignes directrices de la marque.
- Assurer le réapprovisionnement des produits et le stock physique.
- Respecter les normes de présentation personnelle conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise.
Qualifications requises
- Expérience dans un poste similaire au sein de l’industrie du prêt-à-porter.
- Capacité à dépasser les résultats personnels et collectifs, avec un bon sens commercial.
- Adaptabilité face à une clientèle variée.
- Aptitude au travail en équipe et compétences en communication.
- Passion pour la mode et le luxe, accompagnée d’une maîtrise de l’anglais.

The entrepreneurial venture began in 1968, when Gimmo Etro, the brand’s visionary founder, launched a production of highly prestigious fabrics using noble and natural fibers, which he embellished with original designs and innovative colour ways. In 1981 the furnishing textiles line made its debut. The Paisley motif used to enrich the first collection was set to become ETRO’s mark of identity. The product range added another string to its bow in 1984 with leather goods and the bag collection in Paisley jacquard fabric. The launch of the home accessories and complements collection, in 1986, and the creation of the perfumes division, in the late 1980s, consolidated the brand’s lifestyle concept. ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionTo act as a leader in the store, supporting the Store Manager in the development of the business, optimizing the profitability of the store and total satisfaction among clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the achievement of the annual sales targets/budget/forecast in accordance with the guidelines received by the Store Manager
- Support the Store Manager in guiding the team
- Promote a positive and professional team environment
- Participate in recruitment, evaluation and retaining a high performing team
- In accordance with the Store Manager, ensure the appropriate staff plan and coverage in the store by providing an efficient coverage instore
- Support administration tasks and reporting
- Guarantee the correct application of the Etro Customer Experience by using effectively the selling techniques to maximize sales
- Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
- Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
- Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies
QualificationsKey Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store result, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers’ attitude
- Ability to adapt to different customers
- Team-playing aptitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury
- Fluent in English
