Résumé du Poste
Le rôle d’**Expert en Excellence Opérationnelle RTR** est essentiel au sein du département GBS (Global Business Services). En tant que professionnel chez Coty, vous aurez la possibilité de collaborer avec des équipes opérationnelles et d’intelligence commerciale pour favoriser des améliorations significatives.
Responsabilités Clés
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe opérationnelle pour coordonner et mettre en œuvre des améliorations.
- Analyse de données : Utiliser des outils comme PowerBI pour construire et maintenir des analyses.
- Correction des erreurs : Revoir et traiter les erreurs de processus, y compris l’analyse du WoW (Work on Week).
- Contrôle de la qualité : Réaliser des revues mensuelles des SLA (Service Level Agreements) et des rapports associés.
- Formation : Conduire et soutenir des formations pour les équipes.
- Gestion des projets : Participer à des projets en cours et soutenir l’amélioration des processus.
Profil Recherché
Pour vous assurer que vous êtes un bon *fit* pour Coty, vos qualifications doivent inclure :
- Expérience : Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans les processus RTR (Record to Report) dans un environnement international.
- Compétences : Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, attention aux détails et compétences en communication.
- Outils : Connaissance de SAP et PowerBI envisagée comme un atout.
- Gestion de projets : Expérience en soutien d’améliorations de processus.

- Work closely with operational team to drive the improvements thru coordination and direct implementation
- Work closely with business intelligence team to build and maintain analysis using PowerBI and other tools
- Reviewing addressing errors, including incorrect WoW and other process issues or automation potential
- Monthly SLA review and reporting
- Access approval for RTR team
- Monitoring and reviewing backlogs and escalations
- Conducting and supporting trainings
- Participating in the pending projects

- Experience in RTR processes (5 years or more) in an international environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of SAP, PBI as assets
- Experience in project work and supporting process improvements
