Description du poste : Our client, a leading real estate advisor, is seeking an experienced Partner to join their Rural team in Cambridge, specialising in managing rural estates for private clients.Position OverviewAs a Partner in the Rural team, you will manage a portfolio of management and professional instructions, developing long-term relationships with private estate clients while contributing to the evolution of the department’s business plan.ResponsibilitiesManage portfolio of management and professional instructionsDevelop long-term relationships with private estate clientsContribute to department’s business plan and initiativesProject manage client projects, ensuring timely deliveryDevelop contacts and business associations in regionMaintain regular client contact to sustain relationshipsContinuously improve client relationship management and serviceContribute to division’s development and business promotionIdentify cross-division work opportunitiesLead Private Estates team in key service areasMaintain understanding of other teams and servicesSupport strategies for sharing clients across divisionsAdvise Divisional Board on professional mattersManage, mentor, and motivate direct reportsRequirementsQualified in rural practice with extensive experienceSpecialist in managing rural estates for private clientsStrong intellect and leadership experienceExcellent team player with creative, innovative approachConsultative, collaborative, and potential for personal growthHow to ApplyIf you are ready to take the next steps in your career and discuss the opportunity further then we would love to hear from you.
