Lenscrafters, sous l’égide d’EssilorLuxottica, un leader mondial de la conception et de la distribution de produits de soins visuels, recherche un Sales Associate. Ce poste à temps partiel a pour objectif principal de garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle dans le domaine des soins oculaires. Chaque Sales Associate contribue à établir Lenscrafters comme une destination de choix pour les besoins en vision au sein de la communauté.
Fonctions Principales :
Le rôle inclut plusieurs responsabilités cruciales :
- Accroître les ventes : Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de vente en cultivant les relations avec les clients existants tout en en établissant de nouvelles.
- Conseils personnalisés : Utiliser les ordonnances optiques pour recommander des verres spécifiques et assistent les patients dans le choix de montures appropriées, en coordonnant les mesures optiques.
- Ambiance de travail positive : Participer activement à la création d’un environnement magasin agréable, en favorisant des relations professionnelles solides avec les collègues, la direction, et les partenaires de soutien.
- Gestion de magasin : S’assurer que l’apparence de la boutique est soignée et organisée.
Qualifications Requises :
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent remplir certains critères fondamentaux :
- Éducation : Diplôme de secondaire ou équivalent (GED).
- Expérience : Minimum d’un an dans la vente au détail ou le service à la clientèle.
- Compétences techniques : Utilisation de systèmes de point de vente, ordinateurs et compétences de calcul de base.
- Capacité d’adaptation : Flexibilité face aux nouvelles technologies et aux changements.
- Communication : Excellentes capacités de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Autonomie : Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

The role of Sales Associate helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESConsistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements assisting our customers in choosing the perfect vision solution.
Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (Target Host partners).
Takes pride in the appearance of store & shows initiative to keep displays & inventory clean, attractive & organized.
Helps foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respectBASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED
1+ years experience in retail or customer service
Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills
Embrace new technology & change with high level of accuracy
Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
