Description du poste : We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Sales & Content Partnership Executive to join our Creator Growth (CG) team. This role plays a pivotal part in connecting sales strategy, content planning, and creator monetizations to unlock scalable growth through branded content, affiliate marketing, and direct sponsorships.What You Will Do1. Sales & Partnership Development
- Prospect and pitch to SME clients and boutique agencies that align with the content roadmap of CG’s owned & operated channels (e.g. The Office Life, H’Hen Niê, etc.).
- Create and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets through direct sponsorships and content-led campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal sales and business teams to support cross-functional monetisation initiatives.
2. Strategic Proposal & Campaign Development
- Work with internal AVN teams to co-develop sales materials, strategic plans, and client proposals that leverage the CG team’s creator network and content ecosystem.
- Localise regional playbooks and case studies to fit the Vietnam market’s needs and unlock new monetisation opportunities.
3. Creator-Driven Content Strategy
- Collaborate with creators to build content formats and IPs that are brand-friendly and monetisable.
- Design and recommend content pillars optimised for commercial use, including campaign integration and sponsorship fit.
- Ideate new content initiatives with CG’s in-house creative and production teams.
4. Livestream & Affiliate Support
- Support the development of a Mega Live KOL inventory and coordinate branded livestream campaigns.
- Facilitate affiliate education, onboarding, and activation across key projects like YTSA (YouTube Shopping Affiliate) and D2C Creator Commerce.
- Ensure ongoing performance analysis and report key learnings to improve activation effectiveness.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in digital sales, content partnerships, creator/influencer marketing, or media planning.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and creator economy trends.
- Experience working with creators, agencies, or media/content teams is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Passion for content, digital marketing, and innovative commerce formats.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
