Description du poste : ACG_2717_JOBOur client is a top-notch FMCG company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Take ownership in achieving overall sales targets and supporting the company’s growth strategy.Direct, coach, and oversee the Consumer Pack team across both General Trade and Modern Trade channels.Establish clear performance metrics, inspire the team, and promote a culture of sales excellence.Spot opportunities for expansion and recommend creative solutions to drive business development.Design and execute comprehensive national sales and distribution plans to boost market presence.RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.At least 5 years of proven track record as a National Sales Manager in the FMCG or Food industry, with strong expertise in the milk and/or cooking oil product segments.Demonstrated success in meeting sales objectives and expanding distribution channels.Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience managing teams and overseeing field sales operations.Outstanding skills in negotiation, communication, and delivering impactful presentations.Strategic mindset combined with practical execution skills to achieve measurable outcomes.High standards of professionalism, reliability, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.Contact: Hoang Hai HaDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
