Therefore, we are looking for Sales Manager to our Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team to drive the adoption of our advanced Command and Control (C2) systems, Radars, and sensor technologies within the Homeland Security, Critical Infrastructure, and Maritime Security sectors focus on the European market, with a specific focus on the Baltic countries.
A key component of this role is to build strong relationships with End-users, System Integrator along security design consultants to ensure our systems are specified in key projects.Trave activity within Europe and with focus on the Baltic countries must be expected.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:
- Drive Solution Sales: Engage with potential customers to understand security needs, present tailored solutions using Command & Control systems, radars, and sensors, and lead the sales process through to contract closure
- Build Customer Relationships: Maintain strong ties with end-users, System Integrators, and Security Design Consultants, acting as a trusted advisor across all stages of engagement
- Develop the Market: Identify new business opportunities in Homeland Security, Critical Infrastructure, and Maritime Security. Implement sales strategies, conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape and promote our technology through presentations, demonstrations, and industry events
- Establish Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate key relationships with System Integrators and Security Design Consultants to influence project specifications and ensure our solutions ae considered
- Focus on the Baltic Region: Create and execute regional sales plans, aligned with local security needs, including regular travel to meet clients and partners
- Leverage Technical Expertise: Understand and communicate complex physical security technologies in a way that is accessible to non-technical stakeholders
- Report and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, provide forecasts, and analyze sales performance to identify improvement areas
Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Additional European languages particularly those spoken in the Baltic region are highly desirable.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study
- You have experience working with physical security technologies including Radars and Camera systems and have a proven track record in solution sales, preferably within the security industry
- You have experience with establishing relationships with security design consultant firms specializing in relevant sectors
- You have experience in selling to government agencies and critical infrastructure operators and/or working with Critical Infrastructure, Homeland Security, or Maritime Security clients
- Strong understanding of Command & Control systems, Radar technologies, and sensor applications
- Established network of contacts within the target market, including end-users, SIs, and Security Design Consultants

You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills, capable of building trust and credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
