Description du Poste

- Gestion de l’Excellence Opérationnelle : S’assurer que les sites OnSite répondent aux normes d’ERIKS par le biais de visites, de réunions clients et de discussions régionales.
- Audit et Suivi : Élaboration et suivi du Plan d’Action d’Audit, partagé mensuellement avec les clients dans le cadre d’une Revue de Service Mensuelle.
- Gestion des Relations : Interaction régulière avec les parties prenantes par le biais d’indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et d’enquêtes de satisfaction.
- Engagement des Employés : Promotion de l’engagement des employés à travers des initiatives régionales.
- Responsabilité Commerciale : Gestion du budget, identification des opportunités de revenus supplémentaires et amélioration des marges.
- Management des Risques : Surveillance des performances et mise en œuvre de stratégies pour prévenir les risques.
Conditions de Travail
Le poste propose un régime de travail hybride basé en **Irlande** avec une préférence pour les candidats résidant à **Cork**, en raison de la nature des contrats. Les horaires sont **du lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 17h00**, pour un total de 40 heures hebdomadaires, incluant une pause d’une heure.

- Responsible for the delivery of operational, commercial and service excellence across a defined set of contracts.
- From contract award, placing ERIKS in the best position to succeed, working in collaboration with the new business, operational excellence and implementation teams.
- Responsible for ensuring each OnSite is operating to the ERIKS standard and audited through the relevant procedures. Such commitment to be evidenced through site visits, customer meetings and regional level discussions
- Responsible for delivering the Auditing Action Plan for each OnSite Location (as created by the Operational Excellence Lead) and sharing monthly updates with the customer as part of the Monthly Service Review
- Responsible for OnSite Stakeholder management through KPI attendance, regular Customer interactions and Auditing Pulse Survey Completion
- Responsible for driving regionally lead Employee Engagement messages and initiatives
- Commercial responsibility for the budget, leadership of Workstream Initiatives to support revenue generation, identification and delivery of commercial betterment (SOW, margin enhancement)
- Primary point of contact for issue escalation outside of OnSite
- Risk prevention management via oversight of team and contract performance
- Supporting contract renegotiations and demonstrating continuous improvement to support the ERIKS partnership
- A positive role model for, and leader of their team, ensuring that reporting team members have clearly defined roles and objectives, are fully trained in the supporting resources required to fulfil their role and are motivated to achieve the required standards of performance.
