Rôle et responsabilités
Le Solution Architect sera en charge de :
- Concevoir et définir des solutions informatiques pour le secteur financier, en tenant compte des besoins commerciaux et des exigences techniques.
- Assurer une architecture technique solide en garantissant la scalabilité, la sécurité et la performance des systèmes.
- Collaborer avec toutes les parties prenantes, y compris les développeurs et les équipes commerciales, pour s’assurer que les solutions soient alignées sur les objectifs des clients.
- Agir en tant qu’expert et mentor pour les équipes de développement, les aidant à prendre des décisions techniques éclairées.
- Veiller à la qualité des solutions, leur compatibilité avec les environnements informatiques des clients et le respect des exigences réglementaires.

Profil recherché
Qualifications et compétences requises :
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en conception de solutions, avec une expérience avérée dans des rôles d’architecture.
- Excellente compréhension des systèmes du secteur financier.
- Capacité à allier les besoins commerciaux et technologiques en traduisant les exigences des parties prenantes en solutions techniques.
- Compétences en collaboration et communication, essentiel pour travailler dans des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Connaissances en technologies clés comme Java, Cloud (Azure), API, Microservices, Bases de données et pratiques DevOps.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais ; la connaissance du finnois est préférable.

In this role, you will work on demanding and business-critical systems, designing both new innovative solutions and enhancing existing applications to meet our customers’ needs.Responsibilities of the role include designing and defining IT solutions for financial sector companies, considering business needs, technical requirements, and feasibility. You will take responsibility for the overall architecture of technical solutions, ensuring their scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure that the solutions support customer business objectives and can be effectively implemented. Acting as an expert and mentor for development teams, you will help them make the best possible technical decisions.
