Mission du Poste
Le SAP Authorizations Specialist jouera un rôle central au sein de l’unité « Authorizations », en garantissant l’accès aux systèmes SAP pour les utilisateurs tout en respectant les directives en vigueur. Ce poste impliquera la gestion complète des cycles de vie liés aux autorisations SAP, l’échange de connaissances au sein d’une équipe globale et l’optimisation des processus pour assurer efficacité et amélioration continue.
Tâches Principales
- Collaboration : Travailler avec des équipes projets pour développer un concept d’autorisation et configurer les rôles SAP.
- Gestion: Superviser le cycle de vie des sujets d’autorisation liés à SAP ERP, SAP S4/HANA et les technologies futures.
- Amélioration continue : Conduire des initiatives d’amélioration et d’assurance qualité.
- Consultation : Fournir des conseils stratégiques pour optimiser la méthodologie et les outils utilisés.
- Collaboration externe : Travailler en partenariat avec différents fournisseurs de services et parties prenantes.
- Documentation : Assurer le suivi et la documentation des mises en œuvre d’autorisations SAP.
- Formation : Promouvoir le transfert de compétences et la formation continue au sein de l’équipe.
- Communication : Présenter les sujets liés aux autorisations à divers interlocuteurs.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Formation :
Bachelor dans un domaine lié aux affaires ou à l’informatique.
Expérience Professionnelle :
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en SAP ERP.
- 2 ans dans la gestion des contenus d’autorisation SAP.
Compétences Linguistiques :
- Niveau avancé en anglais (oral et écrit).
Compétences Techniques :
- Excellente maîtrise des thèmes d’authentification et d’autorisation des utilisateurs.
- Expérience significative avec SAP ERP, S4/HANA et SAP Fiori.
- Connaissances en gestion de projet et méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban).
Compétences Interpersonnelles :
- Sens développé des responsabilités.
- Capacité à innover et à penser de manière analytique.
- Esprit entrepreneurial et aptitude à créer un environnement positif.

In this role, you will support our unit “Authorizations” to provide SAP authorization access for SAP systems and related users. We ensure adherence to related guidelines and regulations and are key contact for related access management teams. We work with both SAP standard technologies as well as several add-on products and processes. Following our agile working philosophy, we guarantee the complete lifecycle management for SAP authorization role and access management for projects, business requests and daily operation topics. We work in a global team setup sharing continuously knowledge exchange and striving for efficiency and continuous improvements for our product “Authorizations”.Main Tasks:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop an authorization concept and set up roles in SAP, providing users with appropriate access, take Lead Consultant responsibilities
- drive the complete lifecycle for SAP authorization topics in the areas of SAP ERP, SAP HR, SAP S4/HANA, SAP HANA and future technologies, including the design of authorization concepts
- drive continuous improvement and quality assurance of the service
- apply diverse certified add-on products to ensure a compliant authorization environment
- apply our validated change management and incident/problem management tools
- work in a DevOps environment to apply agile tools and methods such as Azure DevOps, Kanban, Scrum, etc.
- consult on strategic decisions for the business by optimizing methodology, tools guidelines and techniques to develop solutions in a complex environment according to IS strategy and enterprise architecture
- work in partnership with diverse service providers and key stakeholders as an essential part of the delivery model
- drive and steer quality assurance and documentation of SAP authorization implementation based on service management processes and tools
- drive the continuous service improvement process
- develop and assure internal guidelines for SAP authorization related topics are met
- collaborate with auditors to support all audits run for the authorization and access environment including analysis, reporting and quality improvements on demand
- contribute to build an expert network, to collaborate very closely with global DevOps teams
- take ownership of team roles and responsibilities, e.g. for agile working methodologies such as Scrum
- ensure continuous skill-up and knowledge transfer within the global team
- present authorization related topics to diverse stakeholders and audience
- support the product manager in achieving organizational and operational targets and goals
Requirements:
- Education: o Bachelor degree in relevant Business/IT studies
- Working Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in SAP ERP
- 2 years’ experience in IT in the field of setting up SAP authorization content and roles and user management
- Language skills: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
- Technical skills:
- Very high experience with user authentication and user authorization topics
- Very high experience in authorization setup for ERP, S4/HANA, HANA and SAP Fiori.
- High business consulting and technical consulting skills
- General project management experience.
- Good experience in working agile, Scrum knowledge and JIRA knowledge
- High experience to steer and collaborate with suppliers
- Basic SAP security knowledge
- Basic SAP ERP and HR module expertise such as SAP Finance, etc.
- Soft skills:
- Very high developed sense of responsibility
