You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the Role–[담당 업무]– AIA생명 차세대 대면 영업 시스템 프로젝트 지원– AIA생명 대면 영업 시스템 분석 설계, 개발 요청, 테스트/운영 업무 리드– AIA생명 대면 영업 시스템 PI(Process Innovation) 업무 리드– 대면 영업 시스템 상담원 매뉴얼 작성 및 현장 교육 리드– 대면 영업 시스템 만족도 향상을 위한 변화 관리(Change Management) 활동 기획 및 실행 리드– 대면 영업 시스템 서비스 별 사용 현황 데이터 분석 및 만족도 분석– 경쟁사 시스템 조사 및 제안[자격요건]– 시스템 기획 또는 유관 분야 경력 5년 이상– 보험사 영업 플랫폼 및 영업 시스템에 대한 이해가 높은 분– 스스로 동기 부여하며 긍정적이고 진취적인 업무 태도 소유자– 전략적 사고 및 문제해결 역량이 있으신 분– 타 부서/그룹 간 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량이 탁월하신 분– 효과적인 보고서 작성 능력 및 프레젠테이션 기술[우대사항]– 차세대 프로젝트 (영업 시스템) PM/PMO 경험– 대면 영업 시스템 기획 경험 보유자– 사용자 만족도 향상을 위한 전략 수립 및 실행 경험자– 인슈어테크에 대한 지속적인 관심과 영업 시스템 혁신에 관심이 있는 자– 금융권(보험, 증권, 은행 등) 직무 경험자– 컨설팅/기획/관리 업무 수행 경험자[근무조건]– 고용형태: 정규직– 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름– 근무지역 : 서울 중구 통일로2길 16, AIA타워[전형절차]– 서류전형
