Joining our highly engaged team of consultants offers the chance to work on exciting SAP transformation projects that address strategy, processes, technology, and organizational impacts. As an SAP Controlling Consultant, you will focus on enhancing clients’ management reporting and controlling processes through:
- Leading and coordinating workstreams and teams of SAP consultants with tasks such as:
- Analyzing controlling and management reporting processes and readiness.
- Designing steering and data models for profit and cost centers.
- Gathering business requirements and designing functional controlling processes.
- Planning and supporting system transitions.
- Configuring SAP Controlling and Project Systems products.
- Supporting the realization of business value during transformations.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs an experienced Controlling and/or Project Systems Consultant, you will develop and implement solutions within SAP to help sustain the success of our national and international customers. You will support and lead ongoing efforts to establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our clients by actively engaging in sales-related activities. While based in Helsinki, projects may include cross-border collaboration, providing opportunities to travel within Finland, the Nordics, and across Europe and globally.What We Look ForWe are looking for individuals with an agile, growth-oriented mindset, as both knowledge and the right mindset are crucial for success. - Good working knowledge of controlling and reporting or consolidation processes.
- Understanding of ERP systems gained from working on implementation projects.
- A hands-on mentality with the ability to drive work in SAP implementations.
- Teamwork is essential for thriving in this role.
- Sales mindset, with the ability to support proposals and sales activities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Controlling domain.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Project Systems module, Product Costing, and Material Ledger is appreciated.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or similar disciplines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
