Responsabilités Clés

• Conception et développement de programmes ABAP, rapports et interfaces personnalisés.
• Implémentation d’améliorations, de BAPIs et d’exits utilisateurs pour répondre aux exigences commerciales.
• Développement d’objets spécifiques à HANA tels que des CDS views et AMDP.
• Optimisation et traitement des données via les capacités in-memory de HANA.
• Création d’applications basées sur UI5 pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.
• Collaboration avec des équipes fonctionnelles pour concevoir des applications SAP Fiori.
• Exécution de revues de code pour garantir le respect des meilleures pratiques SAP.
• Mentorat d’une équipe de développeurs ABAP SAP et promotion de l’apprentissage continu.

Qualifications Requises

• Minimum de 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en développement ABAP et leadership d’au moins 3 ans.
• Compétences avancées en programmation ABAP et connaissances en SAP HANA et SAP S/4HANA.
• Expérience concrète de l’optimisation du code ABAP et des technologies HANA.
• Bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et documentation.
• Familiarité avec les méthodologies Agiles est un plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Implement enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and user exits to meet business requirements.
• Develop and optimize HANA-specific objects, including CDS views and AMDP.
• Leverage HANA’s in-memory capabilities for efficient data processing and analytics.
• Enhance user experience through UI5-based applications.
• Collaborate with functional teams to design and develop SAP Fiori applications.
• Enhance user experience through UI5-based applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver business requirements.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and test cases.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and minimum 3 years leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA is a must.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP).
• Hands-on experience with HANA technologies: AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), CDS (Core Data Services).
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing ABAP code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development is a plus.
• Understanding of SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, or HR.
