Our team is part of the Cloud ERP Product Engineering unit and plays a key role in ensuring smooth global operations and continuous improvement in customer support.As an intern, you will be introduced to a wide range of operational and project-related tasks. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in how mid/large-scale operations run behind the scenes.Your learning experience will include:
- Assisting with daily operations to help ensure reliable service delivery
Supporting process reviews and identifying areas for improvementHelping create and improve PowerPoint presentations and internal reportsGaining exposure to project coordination tasks and collaboration toolsYou will be fully supported by experienced team members who will guide you throughout the internship. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills in a real-world, global IT environment.This project will drive real business impact by enhancing the efficiency and reliability of the Cloud Customer Care operationsIt is a mix of both, Data enrty and Administrative tasks will be performed during day to day operations.What you bringWe’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious.
