Mission : En tant que Senior Manager SAP S/4HANA, votre rôle principal sera d’animer des transformations numériques basées sur la technologie. Vous serez responsable de la compréhension des besoins de nos clients et de l’implémentation efficiente de solutions SAP, en assurant la gestion de projets complexes et en intervenant directement sur la configuration des systèmes.

Responsabilités

Vous sera attribué un ensemble de responsabilités garantissant un impact significatif :

Gestion de Projet : Supervision de l’implémentation de S/4HANA Cloud Public, de la planification au lancement.
Configuration : Personnalisation des modules S/4HANA selon les exigences spécifiques des entreprises.
Migration de Données : Planification et exécution du transfert de données via le Migration Cockpit.
Intégration : Liaison de S/4HANA avec d’autres systèmes via des API standards.
Formation : Formation des utilisateurs sur le nouveau système.
Support : Assistance technique continue et maintenance du système.
Conseil : Recommandations pour optimiser l’utilisation de S/4HANA.

Exigences du Poste

Pour postuler, les candidats doivent répondre à un certain nombre de critères :

Formation : Diplôme en Économie, Informatique, ou Administration des Affaires.
Expertise : Compréhension approfondie de SAP S/4HANA, certifié dans au moins un module clé.
Expérience en ERP : Minimum de deux projets Public Cloud réalisés.
Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des outils d’intégration et des technologies connexes.
Compétences en Communication : Capacité à collaborer avec diverses équipes et à communiquer efficacement.

Project Management: Overseeing the entire S/4HANA Cloud Public implementation process, from planning to go-live together with a projectmanager or as a workstream responsibility.
Configuration: Configuring S/4HANA modules (such as Procurement, Sales or Finance) and customizing the system to meet specific business requirements.
Data Migration: Planning and executing the migration of data from existing systems to S/4HANA based on the Migration Cockpit functionality in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public.
Integration: Integrating S/4HANA with other business systems and applications through standard API’s and SAP BTP.
Testing: Implementation of Test Automation functionality in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public.
Training: Providing training to users on how to use the new S/4HANA Cloud Public system.
Support: Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance for the S/4HANA Cloud Public system. This might relate to new requirements or deploying new releases.
Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues that may arise during implementation or operation.
Advisory: Providing guidance and recommendations on how to optimize S/4HANA usage and achieve business goals.

Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?

Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Business Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Administration.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Expertise: Deep understanding of the system’s functionalities and best practices. Minimally certified in one of the key modules such as Procurement, Sales or Finance.
ERP Implementation Experience: Proven trackrecord of successfully implementing ERP systems, preferably at least two Public Cloud end-to-end.
Data Migration Skills: Expertise in planning and executing data migration projects through the Migration Cockpit or standard ETL tooling.
Configuration Skills: Ability to configure S/4HANA modules and adapt the system to specific business needs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in integration technologies (such as SAP BTP), and other relevant technical skills to manage the technical team.
Overall at least 5 years’ SAP Experience
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve functional and – to a certain extend – technical issues.
Additionally, you don’t mind traveling regularly (mainly within the Netherlands).
