Titre du poste : Consultant Senior SAP SD en tant que Responsable du Service O2C
Mission :
- Participer à la planification et à l’exécution de projets liés à O2C.
- Agir en tant qu’expert en la matière pour le module SAP SD, fournissant des conseils et un soutien aux utilisateurs clés et aux spécialistes fonctionnels SAP.
- Gérer et maintenir l’environnement SAP O2C.
- Collaborer avec les experts fonctionnels SAP pour analyser et résoudre les problèmes techniques, ainsi que pour mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations.
- Créer et maintenir la documentation pour les processus O2C.
Profil Recherché
Qualifications :
- Un diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie ou un domaine similaire est préféré mais pas obligatoire.
- Une expérience avérée en tant que Responsable du Service O2C SAP ou dans un rôle fonctionnel/technique similaire.
- Une solide expérience en dépannage de systèmes SAP et en résolution de problèmes.
- Une expertise forte dans le module SAP SD (Ventes et Distribution), incluant une compréhension approfondie des processus de vente, de tarification, de facturation et de livraison.
- Des compétences éprouvées en gestion de projets, avec la capacité de planifier, gérer et exécuter des projets dans des délais définis.
- Compétences en communication en anglais, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement entre les équipes techniques et non techniques.

- Participate in the planning and execution of O2C related projects.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the SAP SD module, providing guidance and support to key users and the SAP functional specialists.
- Manage and maintain the SAP O2C environment.
- Work with the SAP functional experts to analyze and resolve technical issues, and to implement new functionalities and improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for the O2C processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as an SAP O2C Service Owner or in a similar functional/technical role.
- Solid experience with SAP system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Strong expertise in the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module, including deep understanding of Sales, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery processes.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, manage, and execute projects within defined timelines.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
