Description des Responsabilités

En tant que SAP STP Solution Architect, vous serez chargé de :

• Diriger l’architecture et l’optimisation des solutions SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay.
• Fournir une expertise technique sur les paiements AP, OpenText VIM, et les opérations d’approvisionnement.
• Collaborer avec le SAP Business Center of Excellence (CoE) pour garantir l’alignement et l’implémentation d’une stratégie innovante.

Exigences du Poste

Pour être un candidat adéquat, vous devez remplir les conditions suivantes :

• Baccalauréat en systèmes d’information, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou discipline connexe (un master est apprécié).
• Plus de 8 ans d’expérience pratique avec SAP, dont au moins 2 implantations complètes de SAP S/4HANA.
• Certifications SAP pertinentes, notamment en FI/CO et MM, seraient un atout.
• Connaissance approfondie des processus d’approvisionnement indirect et des paiements électroniques.
• Capacité à travailler dans les environnements réglementés et à respecter les cadres de conformité (SOX, GxP, GDPR).
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en engagement des parties prenantes.

This role is critical to the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA STP solutions, with a particular focus on Accounts Payable (AP) payment processes, OpenText/Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and Indirect Procurement. A core component of this position is strategic and operational collaboration with the SAP Business Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure cross-functional alignment and scalable solution delivery across Genmab’s global landscape.The RoleAs the SAP STP Solution Architect, you will:

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay solutions.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise in AP payments, OpenText VIM, and procurement operations.
• Collaborate closely with the SAP Business CoE to drive standardization, scalability, and continuous innovation across finance.
• Translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant SAP solutions.
• Act as a tactical liaison between SAP Business CoE, systems integrators, AMS providers, and core IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Architect SAP S/4HANA solutions for the full Source to Pay lifecycle, including Indirect Procurement, Purchase Requisitioning, Purchase Orders, Purchase Contracts. Goods Receipt, Invoice Processing, and Payments.
• Serve as a key partner to the SAP Business CoE, ensuring business goals and strategic direction are embedded in technical design and execution.
• Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks (SOX, GxP, GDPR).
• Lead stakeholder engagement to gather business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications in coordination with the SAP Business CoE.
• Oversee systems integrators and AMS partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions.
• Understand, document, design and deliver SAP configurations and functional specifications.
• Support the implementation of best practices in procurement and accounts payable processes through collaboration with the SAP Business CoE.
• Stay ahead of SAP S/4HANA innovations and advise on opportunities for continuous improvement within the STP domain.
• Leverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Smartsheet) for agile delivery and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations focused on STP or P2P.
• SAP Certification in FI/CO (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA for Financial Accounting) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA Fiori apps.
• Deep expertise in Accounts Payable, OpenText/VIM, and Indirect Procurement process areas.
• SAP Certification in MM or S/4HANA Procurement modules is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance, invoice automation, and electronic payments in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience in life sciences or similarly regulated industries with SDLC and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
• Exposure to advanced analytics, digital automation, or AI-driven finance tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Holistic vision mindset—ability to see the bigger picture, connect data insights to broader business objectives, and drive strategic impact across functions.
