/ /5 червня 2025Scan Data Support Specialistза кордоном, віддаленоWe are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to join our Platform Support team as a Scan Data Support Specialist. You will support the validation and tracking of tobacco scan data submissions from convenience store retailers to third-party brand partners like Altria and RJR. This includes reviewing data errors, working within brand portals, and responding to brand email inquiries. The role is well-suited for someone who is task-focused, organized, and comfortable navigating structured support processes.Key Responsibilities· Monitor brand portals (e.g., Altria Insights) for scan data submission statuses and error messages· Respond to support requests with empathy and clarity, providing accurate timelines and next steps.· Respond to brand email inquiries with professionalism using approved templates and workflows· Support multi-destination submission workflows, such as individual retailer site submissions and consolidated uploads· Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders to assess whether resolution is required at the platform or retailer level.· Tag and escalate unclear or recurring errors to the Scan Data Engineering Team· Track submission status per retailer/site and log interactions with brands in internal systems· Identify and match file errors to brand-specific error codes using defined workflows· Coordinate timing of re-submissions or follow-ups based on feedback from brand portals or emails· Assist in generating weekly file audit summaries and status reportsRequirements· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail· Proficient in English written communication, especially via email· Comfortable navigating online portals and managing shared inboxes· Experience using spreadsheets to track data· Ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed· Availability to work at least 40 hours per week on a flexible scheduleNice to Have (Not Required)· Familiarity with scan data programs from Altria or RJR· Experience using support ticketing tools (Jira, Freshdesk, etc.)· Background in retail, B2B support, or data entry· Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracyWork Schedule & Availability
- Core working hours: 8am – 5pm ET, or 15-00 – 00-00 Kyiv time, Mon-Fri (Remote)
