Motivation du rôle

En tant que Scientifique R&D, vous aurez l’occasion d’exécuter des projets techniques essentiels au développement de produits, notamment des *condiments et sauces*.
Responsabilités principales
- Développer de nouvelles formules de produits et solutions personnalisées pour les clients.
- Gérer plusieurs projets de développement simultanément tout en respectant les délais de R&D.
- Collaborer avec des collègues internes et externes pour optimiser les processus de développement de nouveaux produits.
- Utiliser la connaissance des ingrédients et des processus pour formuler des recommandations techniques solides.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent posséder les compétences et qualifications suivantes pour être considérés pour ce poste :
- Diplôme : BS/MS en Food Science, Food Engineering, ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans dans une fonction technique, incluant l’expérience de stage.
- Compétences : Excellentes aptitudes en communication, gestion de projets, et pensée critique.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à *motiver* les autres.
- Disposé à voyager jusqu’à 30 % du temps, notamment vers des sites de production.

📝 Description du poste : Job DescriptionRole Overview:As a R&D Scientist, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, renovation, and maintenance of product lines, enabling growth and ensuring quality objectives and business continuity for Kraft Heinz. Your role will involve prioritizing and executing technical projects that contribute to the ongoing projects and Innovation Pipeline for the business.
