Description du poste : Responsibility:Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to MD in all business and personal mattersOrganize the daily calendars and coordinate various meetings, appointments, documents filing, expense reimbursement and trackingServe as the Company’s travel coordinator, planning and booking travel for MD and other colleagues for business tripsArrange the visa arrangement, renew all the licenses and insurancePrepare meeting minutes, sales analysis reports, powerpoint presentation and business correspondences and documentation system to MDDraft correspondence, speech and preparation for presentation slides (both Chinese & English) for MD’s commerce associationLiaise and coordinate with external parties and internal staffs on daily business and personal matters to ensure smooth workflowArrange for both personal and company events to foster teamworkSupport MD personal and company real estate project (e.g. renovation, maintenance, service renewal and related matters etc)Provide support for different departments in business affairs, funding/ trade mark application and renewalAssist in reading contracts / business materials and give recommendationsAssist with special projects and ad-hoc task as requiredRequirements:Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese including PutonghuaGood command of PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AI etc)High professional standard of integrity and confidentialityAble to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible with good working attitudeWilling to work outside and handle any temporary tasksBe available to work and provide support during off hours for business or personal events (ie. evenings, weekends and holidays) on need be basisOfficial company website:
