Objectif et Responsabilités Principales

Le Senior Audit Specialist est en charge de la réalisation de missions d’audit internes de complexité modérée à élevée.
Voici les principales missions de ce poste :

  • Audit et Gestion des Risques : Réaliser des missions d’audit en suivant les procédures et standards internes, tout en intégrant une réflexion originale et des solutions de haute qualité.
  • Mentorat : Offrir un accompagnement et un encadrement à des membres de l’équipe moins expérimentés, tout en incarnant les valeurs de leadership et de bonnes pratiques.
  • Collaboration : Établir et maintenir des partenariats solides avec des parties prenantes internes et externes, et communiquer clairement les résultats des missions.
  • Contrôles Internes : Assurer le maintien et l’optimisation de l’environnement de contrôle interne de SAP.

Compétences Requises

  • Expérience : 5 à 7 ans dans des fonctions d’audit, de gestion des risques ou de contrôles internes (SOX).
  • Sachant : Avoir une bonne connaissance des normes internationales d’audit interne, ainsi que des principes comptables (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Bilinguisme : Compétences en anglais requises, avec des compétences en Bahasa ou en mandarin chinois considérées comme un atout.

Qualifications Éducatives

Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme universitaire en Administration des affaires, Comptabilité, Finance, Informatique ou Droit, ainsi qu’une formation supérieure type MBA. Les qualifications professionnelles telles que CPA, CA, ACCA, CIA ou CISA sont fortement souhaitées.
