Description du poste : Location: Kuala Lumpur Experience: 5-6 years Employeement Mode : Contract Work Mode: On-site Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product Owners to understand high-level business requirements and translate them into detailed, clear, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements. Performing requirements analysis. Prepare business process diagrams, user stories, and business requirements documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD). Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Have proven experience with the Agile way of Working – writing user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming, in-sprint testing/ UAT, and working on the squad. Help in troubleshooting issues. When necessary, report issues and errors to the Dev Team and checking the relative requirements and if needed, updating them. What We’re Looking For: 6 -10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst Good experience in Banking domain, loan and lending ecosystem. Knowledge of RCI / RTI Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proactive contributor Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Product Owners and development teams in an Agile environment.
