  • Respond to user queries on FM Settlement Applications
  • Responsible to resolve any production incidents and resume the services ASAP.

Monitor systems and take corrective/preventative actions.

  • Manage small scale projects and able to influence CIO teams for implementation

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement DQ controls monitoring across FM Data and Regulatory reporting.
  • Devise solutions for FM Transaction regulatory reporting controls, focusing on Completeness, Timeliness, Backlog, and Exception Management.
  • Translate regulatory reporting controls requirements for Valuation, Collateral, Pairing, and Matching into technical solutions.
  • Design and demonstrate MI dashboards in Tableau to stakeholders.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis within sprints, develop solutions for user stories, and groom them with technical and QA teams to ensure alignment with product strategy.
  • Manage product backlog, plan iterations, and elaborate on user stories.
  • Actively mitigate impediments to ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and support testing, UAT, and UVT.
  • Communicate plans and progress of user stories to stakeholders.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of requirements.
  • Provide support during production releases and high-severity incidents

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience with at least 2 year of a focus on data quality
  • Subject matter expertise in data quality with data profiling, machine learning, big data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, NiFI, Spark)
  • Able to design MI dashboard using MI visualization tools (Tableau/Qlikview/Spotfire/SAS VA)
  • Ability to analyze data lineage, data quality governance, best practices for data quality resolution
  • Proficient in Investment Banking products, Domain and Trade life cycle
  • Very good communication skills – a team player that enjoy interacting with people of all levels in a multicultural environment
  • Proven problem-solving Soft Skills – Communication, Teamwork and ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in deliveries using Agile methodology
  • Strong data analysis skills using SQL, and/or Tableau preferable
  • Demonstrable experience of working with multiple teams across locations
  • Working knowledge of data policy, data governance and data dictionaries is preferred
  • Has some experience in Regulatory reporting – MiFID, HKMA, EMIR etc is a plus.
  • knowledge in operating model design and implementation
