We’re based in Claremont, Cape Town, and provide a fun, high energy, team environment to work in.About the roleThis role is an opportunity to transition into a Tech Sales role for one of our Fintech/SaaS customers, where you can leverage your sales and customer-facing experience to become a Tech sales expert, learn how to generate high-quality sales pipeline and contribute to new logo acquisition. In this role you’ll be accelerating the growth of both Delta-v and our customer’s businesses. You will also be working closely with the leadership and sales teams at our customers who are top UK based Fintech & SaaS businesses. Your focus will be generating quality sales pipeline by booking meetings with C-level executives at some of the world’s largest enterprises i.e Blackrock, Amazon, Costco, Investec etc… When you join you’ll go through our training program, an elite entry-level business program to kick-start your tech sales career. Moreover, we offer a clear progression path, with the potential to move into a leadership role within just two years.What you’ll getYou’ll get the opportunity to become a B2B Tech sales expert within the ever growing Fintech/SaaS space. - Developing a deep understanding of the FinTech & SaaS space in different markets across EMEA
- Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential customers that match our customer’s ICP
- Identify and understand the right people to reach out to
- Reaching out to these prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and engaging them to the point where you secure an initial meeting or product demo
- Schedule and join meetings and demos with prospects
- Continuously refine and improve your sales techniques and knowledge of our customer’s enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with our customers, contribute to tactics and be involved in creating the strategy of the Go-to-Market target campaigns you’re involved in
Requirements:You’ll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:
- University degree
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role (ideally something sales-related) following your studies
- Strong demonstrable interest in sales, Saas & FinTech
- High levels of energy, curiosity, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively engage with C-Level executives
- Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate
- South African Citizen
What would be advantageous but are not essential:
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- SalesLoft, Outreach or similar
