Danske Bank, une institution bancaire de renom, propose une opportunité passionnante au sein de son équipe de 1ère ligne des interactions réglementaires sur la criminalité financière (FC Regulatory Interactions Team). Le poste concerne particulièrement les enjeux liés à la réglementation des marchés financiers et la lutte contre la criminalité financière.
Mission et Responsabilités
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission principale de servir en tant que conseiller interne sur les problèmes réglementaires relatifs aux risques de criminalité financière. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Préparation des interactions avec les régulateurs et superviseurs.
- Rédaction et finalisation de communications écrites avec des parties externes.
- Gestion de projets en lien avec la réglementation sur la criminalité financière.
- Élaboration et présentation de rapports internes.
- Suivi et gestion des engagements réglementaires.
Cette fonction exige une collaboration étroite avec des collègues des domaines de la prévention de la criminalité financière, tout en développant des compétences professionnelles au sein d’une équipe de quatre experts venant de milieux variés (juridique, consultancy, industrie financière).
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal doit présenter un ensemble de compétences spécifiques, notamment :
- Diplôme académique pertinent (en Droit, Économie, ou similaires) ; une expérience professionnelle significative peut compenser l’absence de diplôme.
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, de préférence dans le secteur financier ou un secteur réglementé.
- Compétences avérées en gestion de projets et en coordination de groupes d’intervenants.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit. La connaissance du danois ou d’une autre langue nordique est un plus.
- Excellentes capacités d’écriture et de communication adaptées à divers niveaux hiérarchiques.

Our mission is to enable the 1st line Financial Crime Risk Organisation to communicate in an open, honest, and forthcoming way with Financial Supervisory and certain other competent Authorities across several market areas. Dependent on the impacted entity, the team is involved in preparing for and facilitating regulatory onsite inspections , as well as drafting, coordinating, finalising and tracking Financial Crime related regulatory deliverables. We operate from our great headquarters in the heart of Copenhagen, near the Central Station, offering an engaging and challenging workday and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.About the role:As a Senior/Chief Risk Officer in the 1st Line FC Regulatory Interactions team, you will act as an internal adviser on regulatory issues related to Financial Crime Risk. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Driving the internal preparation of interactions with regulators and supervisors
- Drafting and finalising written communication with external parties
- Leading and participating in projects with a Financial Crime regulatory dimension
- Preparing and delivering internal presentations and reports
- Tracking, managing, and reporting on regulatory commitments

You will be able to drive and perform tasks relatively independently, but also be part of a great team, where we support each other to further develop our professional skills” says Olga Christensen, Leader of 1st Line FC Regulatory Interactions team.Collaborative person experienced working with stakeholders and projectsGiven the amount of interaction in this role, we are looking for a colleague who is skilled in collaboration and stakeholder management. You are curious by nature, keen to understand complex backgrounds and fact patterns and are open to new approaches. You possess the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, effectively prioritise their urgency, and achieve critical objectives within set timelines. We imagine that you have:
- A relevant academic degree in Law, Business, Economics, or similar fields. Long-term work-experience may substitute formal education
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial industry, another regulated industry or authority
- Experience in effectively coordinating projects, and in managing larger groups of stakeholders
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Danish or another Nordic language is an advantage.
