Objectifs et Responsabilités
En tant que consultant, vous aurez pour mission de **guider nos clients** à travers les différentes phases de consultation et de livraison de projets. Vous seront confiées plusieurs responsabilités clés, notamment :
- Engagement Client : Établir des relations solides avec les clients, démontrant rapidement la valeur ajoutée de vos interventions grâce à votre écoute attentive et votre expertise.
- Collaboration avec les CxOs : Travailler de manière approfondie avec les dirigeants et les responsables IT pour traduire les défis commerciaux en solutions IT appropriées.
- Conception de Solutions : Développer et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes comme la modernisation des applications, le renforcement de la sécurité, et la mise en place de modèles operatoires cloud.
- Contributions Stratégiques : Participer à l’élaboration de stratégies pour de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, tout en considérant les perspectives techniques et commerciales.
Indicateurs de performance :
- Nombre de pistes commerciales qualifiées
- Croissance des commandes et des revenus
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal possède :
- Expérience : Minimum de 20 ans en ingénierie d’infrastructure IT, avec au moins 10 ans dans la gestion de projets de transformation et 5 ans à travailler directement avec des CxOs.
- Compétences Multiples : Un mélange de compétences en consultants, presales et architectes, couplé à une compréhension approfondie des technologies Cloud, des applications, des données et de l’IA.
- Éducation : Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en informatique ou en ingénierie.
- Langues : Excellentes compétences en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Soft Skills : Nature charismatique, ouvert et spontané, avec une aptitude à influencer les décisions commerciales grâce à un bon réseau.

- You design and implement new relevant solutions for our customers such as transformation projects (Application Modernization, Containerization, Security Reinforcement, FinOps, AIOps, Platform Engineering, Observability) and innovative cloud operating models (DevSecOps, SRE, CCoE, Data Managed Services)
- You contribute to the solution strategy for new business opportunities while observing both business and technical perspectives.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of sales qualified leads.
- Orders and revenue growth.
Your profile
- You have at least 20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure engineering
- You have a minimum 10 years leading transformation projects or implementing innovative cloud delivery models
- You have a minimum 5 years working on a day-to-day basis, with CxOs, business case, IT strategy and transformation
- You combine consultant, presales, and architect skills
- You have in depth understanding of Cloud, Application, Data, and AI
- You are a natural team player, and you are used to influencing by collaboration
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering field
- You have excellent English language skills, both oral and written
