Description du poste
En tant que Développeur Logiciel Senior chez WithSecure, vous serez essentiel dans la création de backends hautement évolutifs en Python et NodeJS sur AWS. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement agile pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités nouvelles, tout en participant aux processus DevOps pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de production critiques.
Responsabilités clés
- Concevoir et développer des backends évolutifs en Python et NodeJS pour la plateforme WithSecure Elements.
- Collaborer au sein d’une équipe agile pour itérer sur les idées et livrer des solutions efficaces.
- Mettre en œuvre des processus DevOps pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes de production.
- Participer à une formation continue afin de rester à jour sur les tendances en développement logiciel.
Profil recherché
- Développeur avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience en AWS.
- Expertise dans les écosystèmes Python et NodeJS, ainsi qu’une expérience en infrastructure as code et solutions serverless.
- Compétences en application réfléchie d’outils d’IA dans le codage.
- Expérience avec des systèmes à haute évolutivité.
- Approche qualitative du développement et connaissance de l’automatisation des tests logiciels.
- Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes.
- Capacité à collaborer efficacement dans des environnements d’équipe.
- Passion pour l’amélioration continue et partage de connaissances.
- Poste hybride ; les candidatures à distance ne seront pas acceptées.
Atouts appréciés
- Expérience avec des pipelines de build et de déploiement modernes (ex : GitHub Actions).
- Expérience avec Terraform.
- Connaissance des méthodes formelles pour l’analyse des menaces en matière de sécurité logicielle.

and NodeJS backends in AWS that power our WithSecure Elements platform. Working within an agile team
environment, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering new features that help
secure businesses against modern threats. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to the DevOps
processes, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of critical production systems. This role
demands a balance of technical expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving, as we work together to build
solutions that address the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity challenges.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Python and NodeJS backends in AWS for the WithSecure Elements
platform * Collaborate within an agile team to iterate on ideas and deliver solutions efficiently
- Implement and oversee DevOps processes to ensure the smooth operation of production systems
- Continuously learn to stay current in software development
What are we looking for?
- A software developer with extensive technical skills in AWS (3+ years)
- Proficient in Python and NodeJS ecosystems, with extensive experience in infrastructure as code,
serverless solutions, and working with docker containers * Proficient in thoughtfully applying AI tools in coding
- Experienced with high scalability systems
- Quality approach to development and know-how in software testing automation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team environments, including pair programming
- A passion for continuous improvement and staying ahead in technology
- A willingness to share knowledge and insights with the team and share best practices
- Not for remote-only applicants (this is a hybrid position in Helsinki/Finland or Oulu/Finland)

- Experience with modern build and deployment pipelines, for example github actions
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with formal methods for software security threat analysis
