Description du Poste

AECOM recherche activement un Ingénieur Senior en Construction basé à Panama City, Panama. Ce poste offre la possibilité d’influencer des projets de grande envergure et complexes sous la direction de professionnels chevronnés.

Responsabilités Principales

• Appliquer des théories et principes d’ingénierie à des projets de construction majeurs.
• Utiliser des techniques avancées pour résoudre des problèmes variés en ingénierie.
• Diriger une équipe d’ingénieurs sur site.
• Assurer la responsabilité technique pour l’organisation et l’exécution de missions complexes.
• Concevoir des systèmes liés aux infrastructures hydrauliques, tels que des barrages et des bassins de rétention.

Critères de Sélection

Exigences Minimales

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie avec 10 ans d’expérience pertinente ou équivalence vérifiée.
• Expérience en inspection, conception et activités d’ingénierie relatives aux barrages.
• Capacité à évaluer et valider les demandes de modifications des entrepreneurs.
• Bilinguisme en anglais et espagnol.

Qualifications Préférées

• Plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.
• Compétences interpersonnelles excellentes et capacité de supervision.
• Aptitudes pour la négociation et la résolution de conflits.
• Capacités de communication écrite et de présentation de haut niveau.

Join us and let’s get started.Job DescriptionAECOM has an immediate opportunity available for a Senior Construction Engineer for employment in Panama City, Panama.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Under limited direction, applies advanced engineering theories, concepts, principles, processes and novel approaches to major and complex construction projects.
• Utilizes advanced techniques and an extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering problems and methods.
• Directs a group of engineers at a construction site.
• Full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating complex engineering assignments on a small to medium sized project.
• Conceptual to detailed design of water dams, retarding basins, service basins

QualificationsMinimum Requirements

• BA/BS + 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experience in performing inspection, design, and/or engineering activities in dams or water retaining structures
• Experience in the evaluation and validation of contractors change order requests against contract documents
• Bilingual – English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in related field
• Excellent interpersonal skills, staff supervision, strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent written communications and presentation abilities in internal project settings with the project team, external project stakeholders, and leadership.
