À propos de l’équipe
L’équipe d’Assurance des Contrôles IT travaille en étroite collaboration avec les auditeurs financiers pour comprendre les stratégies et les processus des clients, ainsi que les risques associés à leur architecture IT. En se tenant informée des nouvelles technologies, l’équipe contribue à l’élaboration de plans d’audit visant à atténuer les risques financiers liés à l’adoption de ces technologies. Les professionnels de l’audit IT jouent un rôle crucial dans l’amélioration de la gouvernance des contrôles informatiques des clients.
Tâches quotidiennes
Le candidat sélectionné sera responsable des missions suivantes :
- Collaborer avec des experts internes et des leaders de projet dans une structure organisationnelle plate.
- Diriger les travaux de terrain et réaliser des audits IT pour divers clients et secteurs, en soutenant les managers dans la préparation de rapports destinés aux directeurs et aux équipes exécutives.
- Former et orienter les membres juniors de l’équipe, contribuant ainsi à leur développement professionnel.
- Analiser les opérations IT des clients pour identifier les priorités et les risques potentiels.
- Proposer des solutions d’amélioration des processus, en favorisant un environnement de partage d’idées et d’innovations.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent posséder les compétences et expériences suivantes :
- Expérience en audit IT, incluant les contrôles IT généraux, les contrôles automatisés et les rapports d’audit de service.
- Accréditations professionnelles pertinentes (par exemple, CISA, CA).
- Attention exceptionnelle aux détails pour garantir l’exactitude des résultats d’audit.
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes pour identifier et gérer les questions de contrôle IT.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, tant écrite que verbale, pour présenter les résultats d’audit et les recommandations de manière claire.
- Capacité à encadrer les membres juniors de l’équipe.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a background in external audit, internal audit, or risk management within a professional services firm. Experience should include general IT controls, automated controls, and/or IT risk management with a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience.Job DescriptionAbout this team:Our IT Controls Assurance practice works closely with the financial auditors, to understand client’s businesses, strategies and processes, IT architecture and risks. Our team keep abreast of emerging technologies with the IT environment and help in developing audit plans to counter financial risks that might be associated with the application of such technologies. We support clients in enhancing their IT control governance maturity, working across a range of industries and clients.Working in a highly integrated audit environment, you will plan the audit with our financial auditors, managing the fieldwork team, performing evaluation of control’s design, and carrying out assessments of the effectiveness of internal controls concerning IT processes and systems to help ensure the integrity of the financial statementYour typical day will include:
- Working alongside your project team, internal subject matter experts and different leaders. We work on a flat structure, so you will get the opportunity to work with lots of different people across the country (and in some cases, our colleagues overseas).
- Leading fieldwork and delivering IT audits across a range of industries and clients, supporting engagement mangers with the preparation of reports to management and c-suite.
- Coaching and developing our junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Getting into the details of a business and their IT operations – understanding how they operate, what their priorities are, and identifying where they could be exposed to IT risk.
- Developing solutions on how to improve processes. Your voice and opinion matters, there is always more than one way to solve a problem.
QualificationsEnough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
- IT audit experience that should include general IT controls, automated controls, and service auditor reporting (preferably from Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm).
- Relevant professional accreditation (e.g., CISA, CA).
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of IT audit findings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to identify IT control issues and risks, develop and implement solutions to enhance system security and changes to improve financial processes.
- Written and verbal communication excellence to effectively present IT audit findings, recommendations, and risk assessments.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
- Experience with relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
