Responsabilités Clés

Design et livraison de projets SAP : Conduire des projets stratégiques centrés sur le module PM, notamment avec l’expérience S/4HANA.
Analyse des processus : Recueillir les exigences métier et analyser les processus de maintenance.
Documentation : Préparer des spécifications fonctionnelles, tester des scénarios et rédiger des manuels d’utilisation.
Configuration SAP : Personnaliser les fonctionnalités SAP PM, y compris la gestion des ordres de travail et des plans de maintenance.
Intégration : Assurer l’intégration fluide de SAP PM avec d’autres modules tels que MM, FI, et CO.
Relations professionnelles : Établir des relations de confiance avec les clients et les collaborateurs.

Compétences fonctionnelles : Expertise avérée en SAP PM, planification de maintenance et gestion des ordres de travail.
Processus de maintenance : Compréhension des processus de maintenance préventifs et correctifs.

Qualifications

Configuration SAP : Solide connaissance de la configuration et personnalisation du module SAP PM.
Bilinguisme : Maîtrise de l’anglais, d’autres langues étant un atout.

EY is looking for an SAP PM Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Technology Delivery Solution – SAP team. As organizations look to leverage the advantages SAP PM offers, we’ll work with you to develop the consultancy and analytical skills that you’ll need in today’s environment.Your key responsibilities

Design and deliver strategic SAP projects focused on the PM module (with S/4HANA experience);
Gather business requirements and analyze maintenance processes;
Prepare functional specifications;
Facilitate process design workshops, define business process procedures, and configure the SAP PM module;
Lead the preparation of test scenarios, end-user documentation, and user manuals;
Customize SAP PM functionalities, including maintenance plans, work orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance strategies;
Ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other modules like MM, FI, and CO;
Provide guidance on best practices for asset management and maintenance workflows;
Establish professional and trust relationships with customers and staff;
Demonstrate the ability to assimilate new knowledge.

Skills and attributes for success

Strong functional skills in SAP PM, including maintenance planning, work order management, and functional locations/equipment master data;
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance processes;
Knowledge of integration with modules such as MM (materials management) and FI/CO (financial and controlling);
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
Comfortable presenting to external audiences;
Ability to work with external and internal customers to ensure quality and professionalism;
Flexible in terms of work environment and tasks undertaken;
Comfortable managing multiple client engagements and travel;
Strong team player;
Proactively drives personal development and learning;
Actively contributes to practice development.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Academic education in engineering, technology, or related fields;
Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP PM implementations within a consulting role;
Strong knowledge of SAP PM module configuration and customization;
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (migration experience is a plus – Green, Blue, or Brownfield);
Knowledge of digital transformation trends in asset management and maintenance;
Strong client-facing skills and comfort in both delivery and pre-sales environments;
Full English proficiency (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
