Le rôle de Senior Customer Solution Advisor for Business AI in CEE est crucial pour le développement et l’adoption des solutions d’intelligence artificielle (IA) au sein de la région d’Europe centrale et orientale (CEE).
Ce poste, intégré à l’équipe de développement marché et de conseil, demande une forte collaboration avec les équipes régionales d’IA et les parties prenantes clés des pays de la CEE pour répondre aux demandes de clients.

Responsabilités principales

  • Engagement Client et Partenaire : Coordonner les équipes ventes et services pour répondre aux besoins IA des clients.
  • Conception et Exécution de Programmes : Développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes d’incubation IA en collaboration avec les équipes régionales.
  • Suivi de la Performance : Surveiller et rendre compte de la performance des programmes via des indicateurs clés impliquant les chiffres de vente et d’adoption.
  • Pensée et Leadership : Représenter les technologies IA lors des événements en CEE, tout en fournissant un soutien à l’exécution pour les équipes locales.
  • Initiatives de Succès Client : Créer des références clients exemplaires pour promouvoir l’adoption des solutions IA.

Profil recherché

Expérience :

  • Une expérience significative dans des rôles d’engagement client axés sur des technologies innovantes, y compris l’IA.
  • Un suivi probant dans la conception et l’encadrement d’organisations de vente vers des résultats mesurables.

Compétences de Leadership :

  • Capacité forte à diriger et collaborer avec des équipes multifonctionnelles.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et présentation.

Compétences Comportementales :

We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.The Senior Customer Solution Advisor for Business AI in CEE is part of CEE Market Development and Advisory leadership team as well as of the Global AI Incubation Team, focused on customer-facing activities that build Business AI pipeline and adoption.Elementary to this role will be to collaborate with the Business AI regional teams as well as with key stakeholders of the CEE countries to:

  • Design and execute strategic AI programs, such as the Business AI Jumpstart Discovery Workshops initiative to scale across CEE
  • Leverage your deep expertise in AI and SAP solutions to deliver unprecedented value to key customers and support sales cycles.
  • Reinforce regional GTM planning as a commercial & solutions coach to the sales teams
  • Build and manage a community of AI advocates across different internal organizations and CEE countries to create and scale market momentum – ensure that AI is positioned in every deal – and drive adoption with tangible outcomes
  • Undergird the success of AI adoption initiatives for SAP’s broad Business AI portfolio across lines of business and industries

Your work will directly contribute to the building of SAP’s fastest growing business area: Business AI. Your role will be pivotal to scale SAP’s AI initiatives for the Central Eastern European Market Unit (CEE MU) and to deliver unprecedented value to our customers and eco-system in the area of Business AI.YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Customer and Partner Engagement:

  • Coordinate with sales, advisory and services teams to directly address AI-related customer demands and inquiries by creating a scalable approach across CEE
  • Drive strategic customer engagements through effective value executive first discoveries, storytelling and streamlined sales process execution
  • Support the AI discovery workshops by helping set up the program, conducting and subsequently facilitating workshops with follow-up.
  • Developing new methodologies and training programs around the Business AI customer & partner engagement process

Program Design and Execution:

  • Assist in the design and implementation of AI incubation programs in collaboration with regional teams & Business AI product teams
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from local teams and customers to improve AI programs and coordinate efforts with regional teams
  • Ensure consistent delivery and execution standards of AI programs across all CEE countries

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on program performance against defined KPIs, including supporting pipeline progression, bookings and adoption metrics
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing and product development for cohesive performance tracking across Business AI

Thought Leadership and Enablement:

  • Serve as a face of AI technologies, trends, and best practices for select events in CEE
  • Stay current with AI advancements and contextualize these advancements for the SAP Business AI portfolio
  • Empower local teams through knowledge-sharing and execution support

Customer Success Initiatives:

  • Create lighthouse customer references through adoption initiatives
  • Maintain a direct feedback loop between regional leads, local stakeholders, marketing & product engineering
  • Empower the ecosystem to deliver on AI promises by directly supporting Business AI GTM activities

YOUR PROFILE
Experience:

  • Several years of experience in customer engagements or similar roles in cutting edge-technologies, including AI
  • Proven track record designing and coaching sales organizations towards measurable business outcomes
  • Experience engaging with customers and partners to drive AI & cloud software adoption
  • Existing familiarity with the SAP Business AI portfolio and strategy is a plus

Leadership Competencies:

  • Strong ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in customer facing situations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A “working backwards” mindset with a focus on quantitative customer outcomes
  • Adaptability to operate gracefully in a dynamic AI market environment

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Strong ability to craft a network of influence in a matrixed organization
  • Proven familiarity with fast-paced GTM motions
  • Displays a high degree of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced Degree or MBA is preferre

Language Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Additional language proficiency, is an asset on this regional role
