Responsabilités principales

Les responsabilités du Senior Developer Full Stack incluent :

• Adoption des meilleures pratiques : Promouvoir l’écriture de code propre et réutilisable en utilisant la test-driven development (TDD), la programmation en binôme et des modèles de conception.
• Gestion du cycle de vie du logiciel : Impliquer dans toutes les étapes, de l’idéation à l’évolution en production.
• Livraison continue : Utiliser des pratiques de livraison pour offrir des logiciels de haute qualité et garantir la valeur aux clients dès que possible.
• Conception de solutions : Élaborer des solutions techniques adaptées tout en tenant compte des contraintes et en réalisant des compromis pragmatiques.
• Collaboration inter-équipes : Travailler avec diverses équipes pour construire des fonctionnalités tout en intégrant les meilleures pratiques et spécifications UX.
• Utilisation d’outils DevSecOps : Adopter des outils pour construire et déployer des logiciels, en intégrant la sécurité dès le début du développement.
• Cultiver le développement personnel : Encourager un environnement d’équipe inclusif et de soutien, favorisant la croissance et le développement des collègues.

Compétences requises

Compétences techniques :

• Maîtrise de deux langages ou plus (notamment Angular ^19, NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Kafka Confluent).
• Expérience dans la direction d’équipes de développement logiciel en utilisant Agile et Lean.
• Connaissance des approches de livraison comme TDD et l’automatisation des infrastructures.
• Des compétences en technologies cloud (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) sont un atout.
• Passion pour l’apprentissage continu et les paradigmes de programmation fonctionnelle.
• Maîtrise de l’espagnol et anglais (niveau intermédiaire élevé).

• Capacité à influencer et promouvoir l’excellence technique tout en restant flexible.
• Compétences pour traduire les besoins commerciaux en exigences logicielles.

• You will champion and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD, pair programming and design patterns
• You will oversee or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to evolution in production and everything in between
• You will use and advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software as well as value to end customers as early as possible
• You will design solutions and choose technologies that solve clients’ problems while working within constraints and make pragmatic tradeoffs
• You will collaborate with a variety of teammates to build features, design concepts and interactive prototypes and ensure best practices and UX specifications are embedded along the wayYou will apply the latest technology thinking from our

• You will efficiently utilize and champion DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software, advocating devops culture and shifting security left in development

Job qualificationsTechnical Skills

• You are well-versed in two or more languages (Angular ^19 , NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Kafka Confluent) and are comfortable with the latest Object-Oriented technology
• You have led software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous
• Knowledge of delivery approaches such as TDD, continuous integration, pairing and infrastructure automation
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes
• You enjoy continuously learning and improving, whether it is through functional programming paradigms, event driven architecture, platform engineering or others
• You have an advanced Spanish and English (high intermediate)

• You have experience influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed
• You bridge product and technology by helping to translate business needs to software requirements
• You have the ability to develop and execute a technical vision with a focus on business value
