Enjeux et responsabilités

En tant que Senior Director, Brand Management, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le développement des activités de livraison rapide (« Rocket delivery »). Votre mission s’étendra à plusieurs dimensions de la gestion de la marque, notamment :

  • Analyse stratégique : Vous serez responsable d’examiner des problématiques complexes et d’en déterminer les causes profondes afin de proposer des solutions efficaces.
  • Relations avec les partenaires : La construction de relations stratégiques avec les partenaires de livraison sera primordiale pour améliorer les revenus et les profits de l’entreprise tout en garantissant une expérience client de premier ordre.
  • Leadership et communication : Vous devrez démontrer des compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en négociation pour renforcer les collaborations avec des partenaires de haut niveau dans le secteur de la vente au détail.

Vos missions principales

  • Diriger des initiatives variées : Gérer des projets dans le secteur de la vente au détail, sans limitation de catégorie.
  • Vision stratégique : Fournir une vision claire et stratégique pour les activités.
  • Résolution de problèmes : Découper des problèmes complexes en éléments simples pour une analyse efficace.
  • Recrutement et développement d’équipe : Identifier et former de nouveaux talents pour devenir des leaders au sein de l’organisation.

Qualifications requises

Compétences de base

  • Formation : Diplôme de niveau Bac+4 ou supérieur avec au moins 15 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des affaires.
  • Leadership opérationnel : Capacité à gérer tous les aspects d’une entreprise, y compris la gestion des profits et pertes (P&L).
  • Négociation : Expérience confirmée dans la création de relations durables avec des marques reconnues et la gestion de négociations hautement fructueuses.

Qualifications préférées

  • Innovation orientée client : Antécédents démontrant une capacité à innover pour maximiser la satisfaction client.
  • Technologie et système : Intérêt pour les technologies et expérience en simplification des processus.
  • Compétences en communication : Aptitude à produire des documents clairs et convaincants.

With sound judgement in Retail business, you will analyze complex problems and phenomena to identify root causes and solutions, and serve as a great leader, exceptional communicator, and negotiator.In the key areas of Retail business including Brand Management, Business Planning (Program Management), and Selection Planning, you will build strategic relationships with our retail partners and set conditions for negotiations that can improve our revenue and profit, driving growth and profit of our Retail business as well as world-class customer experience.   • Run various businesses pertaining to Retail that are not limited to a specific category.
  • As a leader, provide a strategic vision for the business you run, and build and develop strategic relationships with internal/external key partners based on thorough understanding of their interests.
  • With leadership rooted in strong negotiation capabilities and outstanding judgement, break down complex problems into simpler components and analyze them to conduct seamless and successful cooperation and negotiations with executives and high-level stakeholders of external retail companies.
  • Show keen interest and excellent capabilities in terms of leadership, business analysis and decision making, negotiation, and operation. Set up standards for the metrics required for business operation, with an aim to deliver a world-class shopping experience. Provide and implement guidelines necessary for the overall business process ranging from sales, marketing, inventory, and P&L management.
  • Achieve improvements through a systematic approach and utilize new opportunities without hesitation to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Hire the best talents and nurture them into future leaders who can develop, launch and run new businesses.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 15 years of experience in the field of business
  • Ability to provide “hands-on” leadership to solve problems based on experiences with playing a managerial role and successfully handling end-to-end aspects of a business, including P&L
  • Experience in establishing long-lasting relationships with top-notch global/local brands in the retail and eCommerce market and leading successful negotiations with them
  • Ability to influence the organization with strong and verifiable analytical skills
  • Experience in managing/building a team and hiring team members including your subordinate employees

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in taking on challenges and acting decisively to innovate existing practices in order to maximize customer satisfaction, which is our top priority
  • Interest in technologies and experience in driving an initiative to simplify tasks and bring about changes through systematization
  • Strong communication skills/experiences that help preparing persuasive and clear documents and providing ideas in a passionate and convincing manner
  • Experience in conducting an excellent negotiation with a high-level representative of a domestic/global company
  • Ability to act rapidly and courageously without fear of failure
  • Fluency in both English and Korean preferred, but not required.
